i HAD FILLINGS BACK IN MAY AND I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE CLAIMS TO GO THROUGH ON MY INSURANCE. I ALSO HAVE TO HAVE 2 OF THESE NEW FILLINGS REPLACED. I HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS OUT OF MY OWN POCKET BECAUSE MY INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER IT FOR ANOTHER 18 MONTHS. WHILE GETTING THESE FILLINGS THE DENTIST LEFT ME IN THE CHAIR WITH MY TEETH HALF DRILLED WHILE SHE WENT TO WORK ON ANOTHER PATIENT. i WAS IN THE OFFICE FOR 4 HOURS TO GET A COUPLE FILLINGS. THE HOSE BROKE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE APPOINTMENT AND I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER ROOM WHERE I SAT AND WAITED FOR ANOTHER 45 MINUTES FOR HER TO COME BACK AND FINISH UP. NOW HER CRAP WORK NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. i WENT TO A NEW DENTIST AND WHEN THEY TALKED TO MY INSURANCE THERE IS NO RECORD OF ANY CLAIMS FOR THIS APPOINTMENT OR THE DEEP CLEANING THAT i RECEIVED A WEEK BEFORE. THIS DEEP CLEANING COULDNT HAVE BEEN VERY GOOD BECAUSE 6 MONTHS LATER I ALREADY NEED A NEW ONE. THAT COMES OUT OF MY POCKET TOO.. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY RECORDS TO BE TRANSFER ED OVER SO THE NEW DENTIST KNOWS WHAT WORK WAS DONE i WAS INFORMED OF A $50 FEE. just SO YOU KNOW THERE IS A LIMIT ON WHAT YOU CAN CHARGE. $25 PLUS NO MORE THAN $1.09 PER PAGE. THAT MUST BE A VERY BIG FILE EVEN THOUGH i WAS ONLY THERE TWICE. SO NOW i AM STUCK WAITING FOR THESE CLAIMS TO GO THROUGH(I WAS TOLD IT COULD BE A MONTH!) TO CONTINUE MY DENTAL WORK BECAUSE THE NEW DENTIST IS WORRIED ABOUT REACHING THE LIMIT. I HAVE NO RECORDS AND CANT GET AN ITEMIZED BILL BECAUSE THE LADY ON THE PHONE JUST DOESNT HAVE ANYTHING SHE CAN SEND ME. she TOLD ME TO WAIT. OR PAY $50 THANKS FOR THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE(NOT) i WILL MAKE SURE TO SHARE MY EXPERIENCE WITH ANYONE WHO ASKS!

At first they were very nice and, their office is always clean. However, at every opportunity they try to find a way to bill us for additional things . We have a coupon-based insurance program that guarantees us rates, we got the feeling that that wasnt enough for them so they started making up fees. When we finally caught on, and tried to move to another dentist , we got told that there was a bunch of additional fees for copying paperwork , and then got told that the x-rays that we paid for didnt exist , and now they refuse to talk to us about where the money went that we paid them for x-rays but no x-rays were rendered. Im not sure who exactly is to blame in the infrastructure that is Bright Now Dental of Bonney Lake, but as it stands under current management I cannot recommend them to any of you. However, there are lots of local dentists that are amazing in Bonney Lake.

They used to be really customer friendly but not so much anymore. When they make the mistake about what time your appointment is and write the wrong time on the card they dont remedy the situation, they make you reschedule and if it has to do with Braces or one of their specialty doctors its a nightmare. My son was supposed to get his braces off today and they wrote the wrong time on his appointment card. When he showed up at the written time on the card they told him he was late and made him reschedule the appointment for 3 weeks out when what they should have done is gotten him in since it was their mistake. I will never use this company again for any dental needs.

I have been going here for close to a year, and even referred my husband when he finally got his Dental. The team here is amazing. Theyre always nice, a very well cleaned establishment, and the Dentist are very informative. Ive had my wisdom teeth removed here, and they are they GREATEST!! The Doctor HIMSELF called to make sure I was ok the day after. This means a lot to me, that a Doctor is worried about his patients, and doesnt have just a nurse do it. Theyre prices may be a little higher than your family owned Dentists, but the quality of service goes above and beyond in caring about that. This place is wonderful, thank you so much for your kind service!!!

Ive been seeing these folks for about three years now and Im very pleased. Theyve been taking good care of all of our family members. Dr. Kim is personable and genuinely interested in his patients dental health. Julie, the hygienist, is, I think, the best oral hygienist Ive ever seen. Shes thorough, gives great tips, and it is enthusiastic about her job. I highly recommend these guys!

Horrible, Horrible Dentist!! Went for an exam and they want to crown EVERY tooth in my mouth as well as root canal half of them. Estimated $33,000! Thats the cost of a small house! Went for a second opinion and turns out I only need 3 crowns and a few fillings for $6,000... When I wanted to get a copy of my x-rays, they charged a fee to release them! Nickle & Dime dentist!

We went in for a cleaning and were told that 3 cavities must be filled and wisdom teeth pulled. After they tripled the price of their original quote just for the cleaning we left and went to another dentist to find out there were no cavities, the wisdom teeth were not in need of removal and we paid a third of the price. This place reminded me of a shady mechanic.

I absolutely love this office! The entire staff is highly dedicated to patient care! And are very knowledgeable Dr. Kim is a very skilled and talented dentist he takes his time to explain the procedure and addresses concerns . Julie is a amazing hygienist and my cleaning was wonderful. I would recommend this office to anyone needing dental care .

Julie is my hygienist, she is nice and did a great job, I feel I get a really good cleaning. I feel Dr. Kim is smart, and he does an excellent job. I would recommend the Bonney Lake location to my friends, and look forward to my next visit.

I was terrified for my root canal and ended up laughing afterwards because there was no reason to be scared. Dr. Kim provided the best possible experience for my endeavor. No pain whatsoever, even days afterwards. Im glad I found this place.

Receptionist greeted me. Just had to wait about 5 minutes. Had one small cavity. Got finished pretty quickly. Only thing bad was the shot. Hate those things. Very clean. I would recommend Bright Now! Dental. Thanks
