Worse place you can take your beloved animal. Not affordable at all. Same prices as a real professional would charge. My dog had advanced liver cancer which they had taken blood work and x rays and they claimed my dog was fine. I took my dog elsewhere and they got to the problem right away. Unfortunately my dog was in such a bad state that the only remedy was to humanely euthanize him. Then after I told them what was wrong they still had the audacity to call and ask me to take him in to give him anti-biotics that had nothing to do with what my dog had. They just seek money from people who are stupid enough to believe them. Shitty people work there who idk how the hell they even have their license in California to practice there.

Dr. Grant and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I brought my puppy for what I thought was ring worm and other skin infections. They notified me of what it would cost if it turned out to be that. The vet checked her accordingly to identify the problem so they wouldnt charge me for something I did not need. I had taken her to another clinic before this and they charged me for unnecessary medication which i contradicted to. Thankfully it was just allergies and my puppy received proper treatment. We will be returning for future care.

Horrible receptionist. I called to ask for an appointment and the receptionist gave me attitude. She asked what was wrong with my pet and I told her I didnt know thats why I was taking her.. I got to the clinic and she still gave me attitude. She gave me a form for my pet and basically threw it at me. I was unsatisfied with the vets recommendations. I was told I could choose my pets care options and then they told me what I wanted came with additional medications which made my only wanted option unaffordable. Very unsatisfied..

Poor service. Poor staff. They mistreated my dog. I asked to speak to the manager several times to exercise my right as a paying customer, but no they denied me that right, and to make things worst they told me if i didnt like the service to stop coming, so they gave me my dog and kicked me out. Very disrespectful. I wil consult my lawyer and talk to Human resources myself.

The receptionists at this clinic think they are vets and will rudely explain what is wrong with your pet if the real vet is too busy. When you explain to the just out of high school receptionists that you would like to talk to "real" vet, they give you the evil eye. I assume that is the caveat to affordable vet services.

Friendly staff, great prices. There was a very short wait time and the doctor was very helpful and explained everything. More than anything I liked the fact that they gave me prices BEFORE doing and procedures! That way I knew exactly what I was getting into and the prices were great. Very affordable.

My cat was severely hurt and was seen right away. We had a doctor within minutes and he explained the problems and risks of the surgery that my cat needed. He was thorough and nice. The staff seemed patient with us saying goodbye to our cat. They respected our last moments with our beloved Salem.

I took my dog to get all her shots and they cut her nails way to short. Hurting some of her finger and didnt inform me. I didnt notice until I got home because my dog had such a traumatic experience that she wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. But it is affordable.

Very bad attitude not friendly at all had me waiting for 2hrs I was outside because the place was full and no one came outside to call my name so I finally ask when is my turn they said no because they had already called me 2 times I walked out real mad

I experienced why they keep their prices low.... staff is at a minimum. I took my dogs in for shots at @4:15 they didnt even let me sign in because there was only one assistant. I called and they left me on hold for almost 11 mins. TERRIBLE.

took my dog twice and they kept saying that the bumps on his skin was due to allergies so they gave him medication and they didnt go away again we went again the second time they did the same thing so these doctors dont know what there doing
