INCOMPETENT VETS- WASTE OF TIME and $ - THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT CHARGING YOU EXTRA VISITS AND MEDS - NO INTEREST IN THE HEALTH OF YOUR PET***** Week 1: Took my new kitten to see vet about possible simple ring worm since a large patch of fur was missing- Light test was done (negative) but they did NO further tests and just sent me home with very general topical meds & told me to quarantine cat away from my bedroom Week 2: The cat had grown WORST so they did a test finally by cutting kitties skin to draw blood (but they lost the test by sending it to an outside LAB when it was actually supposed to be done in HOUSE) - how do you now know if the test is done in house? Charged me for all tests which werent able to be done (sent me home with more 4 medicines, oral antibiotics and topical even though they didnt know what is was) Week 3: Had to RETURN to get more cuts/blood for skin test since they has LOST last weeks sample - sent home with MORE MEDS (Poor cat was over medicating now and only 13 weeks old) I feel antibiotics were making his immune system WEAKER & they are useless agains ringworm (in this timeframe the vet I had been seeing QUIT working at Banfield without telling me so I had to pick up with another vet) Week 4: Office Visit: Still no results since they take 3 weeks - these tests should have been done week 1. NOW i have spent over $800, overmedicated my cat, and still dont have any answers since they are SO incompetent. ANY OTHER VET would have ran the test week 1 and I would already be on the road to recovery with the RIGHT meds not just a cocktail of every medecine in the book (which costs over 200 in useless meds FYI) Week 5: NOT only is this place a waste of money to me, but also time since each visit took 5 HOURS of waiting since they are overcrowded, but my POOR kitten has been in quarantine for weeks, has to endure TWO painful skin scrapings due to their incompetence, and still has NOTHING to show for it....as SOON as the results are back I am taking them elsewhere to be evaluated and never going here again

What can you even do? Two vets telling me different things. Theres secret charges everywhere. Youre charging me for the full amount even though I cant use the majority of your services and then youre going to charge me for x-rays that you cant even read or do anything with and now you try to tell me I have to pay or my dog will probably die? How about you try to help instead of screw over your customers. This is the last straw!

I like the staff. Their all super friendly, even if they come across as blood-sucking corporate ran robots its with a smile, thats 1/2 the battle. I have a plan with dental for my dog and it was about $1900 to do the work the suggested (why do I pay $40/month again...)? Not them, but still, I opted for 2 vaccinations for $150, lots of water, and TLC and hes good.
