Love this place! Have been coming to Bay for over 8 years. All the neighbors I personally know all go there too. The doctors are very on point about explaining all the things I need to know to make the best medical decisions for my dogs. The nurses there are very kind and you can just tell that they love their job (that is important to me). I would recommend this place to anyone who has a pet that they treat like family - because this hospital will treat them that way too.

Bay Animal is extremely dependable, thorough, honest and knowledgeable. As far as pricing...when it comes to my dog, Im not shopping around for the cheapest care. Im shopping for a facility and vets that are reliable, knowledgable, comforting and TRUSTWORTHY. When you bring an animal in for any reason, its never going to be free. I highly recommend Bay Animal and Dr. Goodell.

Been coming here for 3 years and very solid service and care. Regarding the prices being high, well "duh". This is in one of richest parts of the country and to think it would be cheap is ludicrous. If the care and service is good to great, then it is worth the convenience of not driving in traffic and supporting local business.

OMG!! Where do I start? We have been with Bay Animal for over 20 years there prices have gone up as with everyone, they are so caring we had 3 dogs with cancer they loved them as if they were there own. over the years and all of our fur babys they are wonderful.

Great staff, good prices. They are very caring, give great customer service and I have found their prices to be very good compared to other vets. They also have a great relationship with a 24 -hour emergency vet. I highly recommend Bay Animal Hospital

We have had courteous and knowledgeable service and extremely high prices. A simple visit is over $200 and the charges seem excessive and redundant.
