Let me start by saying my two dogs are not clients. I am writing this purely because the vet aids have no respect for peoples property. I live on Sparks St and every week I come home to poop in my front yard. Now some might say that theres no proof its these guys, but I indeed have proof. Just last week the wife comes home just as the dog, in the care of the vet clinic, pinched off his load. The wife even waited for the vet aid to move since she was partially standing on the drive way. She looked back and saw the wife, started to move, looked down , looked back with annoyance at the wife and pick up HALF the fresh load. Gee thanks for working so hard to pick up HALF! If these people have that much disrespect for the neighborhood they serve, why should I trust them with the care and service of my two dogs? What type of disrespect will they show them? No thanks. I hope someone up top sees this and has a meeting with the staff to address the issue of leaving waste on peoples lawn. The dogs are in your care, pick up after them. Common sense isnt so common.

Will never bring my dogs here again. We brought our expecting Yorkie for a checkup to find out if any assistance would be needed while giving birth since she was such a small dog. After paying $250 for the x-ray and check up i was assured that the puppies were healthy and no assistance would be needed for her birth. When the time came she wasnt able to deliver any puppies herself. Took her an emergency clinic that helped with the pregnancy. Was then told by their vet that a competent vet would of easily been able to tell us, with the x-ray, that our dog was in no way fit to pass the puppies without assistance do to her size and the size of the pups. In the end we pretty much lost $250 and one of the four puppies.

This is a top-notch animal hospital that I take my cats to. They are so good at what they do, & are so caring about our pets. It puts my mind at ease when I know that I have to take one of my fur babies in to the vet, as I know that they will get the best of care. The vet that I see there is Dr. Liz Koskenmaki. Everyone calls her Dr. Liz. I have been taking my cats to her, per a friends recommendation, since I moved to the North Hollywood area in 2003. Her bedside manner is so precious with the animals, & she is so honest, I trust her implicitly. I highly recommend that you take your pets to Media City Animal Hospital for the best of care.

This Vet was the primary care takers of our sweet dog TWIX. She recently passed due to congenital problems and the Media City team couldnt have been better to us. Twix was the first new puppy within the marriage of myself and my wife. She had some unexpected problems extremely early on so we visited with Media City. They were caring, fast paced, loving, and as effective as they could be to try and figure out/help us and sweet Twix. Unfortunately she lost her sickness took her out of nowhere and the hospital was nothing but the most amazing people to help and work with. Go here. They care. They help. And your pet will love them.

I have always taken my dogs to Sharp pet hospital but decided to give this clinic a first try since it was a few blocks away from my home. I just got a new dog and scheduled an appt. Dr. Chan was very friendly and made my dog feel very comfortable thats why I have 2 stars. How ever she prescribed antibiotics for a small wound that had already healed. It caused my dog to get sick and didnt eat for 3 days. I called the office and she advices to keep him on the meds. However I stopped giving them to my puppy and he started eating again a day after. Never again bring one of my dogs to the office.

I definitely recommend this place to bring your fur babies to. My cat was very comfortable with the staff here. Unfortunately I had to put him to sleep last summer. He was 19 years old and his heart and kidneys were going bad. They were unbelievably kind giving me all the time I needed to say goodbye. I recall being given a hug by another employee after walking out of the room from putting my sweet boy to sleep. They are by no means the cheapest vet but they are not exorbitantly expensive either. And they are willing to work with you on the fees if possible.

My cat needs prescription pills. Hes dying. They are $50 a bottle of 40 pills. They want me to do a blood work every 2 months. They charged me $314 the first time. $46 visit, $200 Senior profile and $53 blood work. They force me to do a blood work every 120 pills and he is dying! WHY? If I dont do a blood work they don not authorize the refill. They are thieves. I know what the excuse is. But Im not spending $120 every 3 months plus $50 every bottle for a dying cat. And attention is awful. They didnt even call me for the results. Horrible place.

We love Dr Liz, but we have found that the medicines that they sell are very expensive compared to other vets in the area. They are not willing to price match medicine, so now we will keep them as a vet, but order our medicine from another vet or online store. Lab tests are a bit higher here, too, but that may be because their lab charges them more. A good vet is hard to find and Dr. Liz is very good. Just be careful of the prices!

We came in a furious rush in the middle of the night and they reacted quickly, calmly and efficiently. And even after saving our cats life, they continued to follow up in the following days. They are open 24/7 and have a well trained, educated and kind staff. I would not hesitate for a second to come back here again should the need ever arise. There are not enough stars in the world to possibly give them. THANK YOU!

My dog Charlie was bit by a black widow in the night, he had hives all overs his body, eyes shut from swelling and right side of his mouth swollen. I searched in Google and called this hospital, they gave me an appt right away. The staff was friendly, professional and the Md was amazing and also very affordable. Overall a great experience for both my dog and I, we will definitely go to them again.

I love this clinic! I have brought my dog Hercules in for a few different issues, and they are so compassionate, diligent, professional and smart. I have seen 3 of the 5 doctors, and a fourth did a procedure on Herc, and I was impressed with all of them. Dr. Trout even called my cell to follow up the next day and see how he was doing! I love this place!

We have been experiencing for the 5+ years we have been going there consistent caring customer service by all employees and doctors; would highly recommend it.
