I hated this place so much I cried when I found out what they did to my dog. The heartless vet yanked a whole nail off without numbing my dog first so she would not feel it. I heard her cries from the waiting room and I was so confused I was wondering why she was screaming In agonizing pain. Later the vet came out explained what he did and my heart sunk. Not only that but the lady in the counter knew that what the vet was doing was wrong. I felt the whole tension between everyone and I couldnt believe what was done. He told me he was gonna shave it down and not pull it out. PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR ANIMALS HERE HE DOES NOT CARE FOR THEM . ALL HE WANTS IS MONEY. $$$ what kind of person would even have the heart to pull out a whole huskys nail off without numbing it first???!! Can u imagine the pain my dog went through.. I beg.. Please do not go here. And not to mention the place looks like a dump! My only regret is not telling them off.. Biggest mistake of my life.

MURDERERS, MURDERERS, MURDERES... LESS tha one star for murderer Bandeley. If you love your pet Please dont go to this horrible place... He killed my beautiful yorkie puppy last Sep 30... He said that she needed surgery... he used too much anestesia for her little body, or who knows what he did to her. Later I realized she didnt need surgery, it was him the one who wanted some money. That morning my little Cloey was happy and healthy and by 3:00 pm she was laying dead on a cold table of this killing center. She was my 5 year old sons birthday gift, but she was a lot more than that, she soon became a beloved member of our family. IF YOU LOVE YOUR PET, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT TAKE HER TO THIS HORRIBLE PLACE. I dont want anyone yo suffer the way I have suffered since that day. Its been a nightmare. Take care of your pet and go somewhere else... seriously anywhere. Avoid this place at all cost...

Dr. B looks out for your pet AND your wallet. He is very knowledgeable and thankfully, empathetic. ( Is that the right word for it?) I know he has the pet in the mind as well as the owner. He always offers an alternative treatment method or gives you advice on what to do at home if you cannot afford to get all your treatment at the clinic. Which is my main concern...( I am a natural magnet for stray animals). Their prices are very reasonable and the staff is nice. The facility is a little worn, but I find it warm and inviting. My favorite part about this place is the groomer, Ann. She uses all-natural shampoos and conditioners, no chemicals and pesticides. I know my dogs are in good hands when they go to her- she takes her time to groom each animal and gives them a little bandana when shes done.

My pregnant husky was discharging green fluids and took her here and they said it was completely normal and she should be in labor within a day or week. (they couldnt tell me exactly when) We took their word for it. Eventually 4 days later my dog went into labor and turned out two of her puppies came out dead, and she was still discharging the green liquid. Long story short, we took her to another pet clinic and the Vet their told us the doctor gave us wrong information and it wasnt normal at all! If we would of known we could of avoided all the lost. My baby lost 5of her pups, they never made it out alive!! I will never return to their pet clinic ever, they are carless, and ignorant!

My mom and I really love bringing our puppy here because the staff are very caring and friendly. They have great service, and they dont make you wait forever like they do at the general hospital for humans. Keep up the good work everyone and thank you for everything. We really appreciate the fact that you do your best to keep our puppy healthy and happy.

Ive been taking my dogs here for many years. I really feel he cares for my dogs. My only concern is that sometimes I feel they suggest care for my dogs that is not necessary, but that might be me being cheap. I dont think so. I do appreciate their doctor. I feel he knows what he is talking about.

Dr. Bandele is awesome. Besides an amazing doctor, he cares for his patients not for the money. And also cares for the pet owners. I totally recommend this doctor. He is the best. Dr. Bandele totally rocks. He took care of my baby boy Ewok very well.

After Dr Simon this place has gone downhill. Its too bad, he saved and helped 8 of my rescues. The new doctors would tell me to put my animals down because they didnt know what was wrong.
