Horrible service and irresponsible Vet. I bought my dog here multiple times from since he was a puppy. In April 2016 when I bought my dog here for a shot, I asked the front desk and the vet if my dog needs a second rabies shot since his first rabies shot was in January 2015. They told me that my dog doesnt need another rabies shot until September 2016. I trusted her words until June 2016 when the city refuses to give me the dog license because my dogs rabies shot is overdue. I went over to ask the vet ("doctor") himself. All he did was blame it all on the front desk person. My reasoning is that in April 2016 when I bought my dog in, the vet must have looked over my dogs chart to know what shot to give. Either he failed to notice that my dogs rabies shot is overdue or he didnt even look at my dogs chart at all. And now when I asked him, all he did was blame it at the front desk person. He didnt even apologize for his mistake. I wish I can give this place a 0 star.

We wanted a semi feral, young cat that has taken a shine to us to get spayed + rabies shot because lots of feral males around here. The appointment was booked next day and the surgery took only a few hours. Vet knew what he was doing, and was able to easily administer tranq to the hostile cat with no fuss or pain on either side. They still did the spay even though (surprise!) she was already pregnant. The shot was $20 and the surgery was $140+$50 (extra charge because she was pregnant and it complicated the surgery) which was very fair. The cat recovered quickly, she is still friendly/cuddly towards us, and she is already roaming around without trouble after a day of rest in our garage. The vet also cleaned our carrier for us because she peed in it, which they didnt have to do and we appreciate it.

We do not own any cat nor dog. But found a stray/abandoned cat in my backyard with an infected eye. Want to help the poor cat buy worry about the cost. Dr. Cho Soo advised me that the cat was more than 10 years old, has enlarged liver, eye infection, malnourished and other issues. Advised me to call ASPCA. Sad but I appreciated the honest advise and he did not charge any for the time in his clinic. Many thanks. Did not call ASPCA. We fed it and tried to keep it as comfortable as we can. We bathed the cat and put on a flea collar. After drying it, it bolted and now we have not seen it for a couple of days.

All walk ins, Ive never set up an appointment and not sure if they offer that option. Ive recently taken in a stray cat and needed to get him up to date on his vaccinations. I think that everything is reasonably priced; $20 per vaccination and de-worming. I called several other vet offices and each said there would be a $40 charge just for a checkup, but here I was only charged for my pets shots and received a general wellness check for free. Awesome! The vet works very efficiently, about 20 minutes in and out (:

I have been bringing my pets here for many years i love the doctor hes very kind .when my cat was very old and about to pass i didnt want to put her down he gave me medicine to make her comfortable and he even kissed her little head he had seen her quite often..ill never go anywhere else i trust him and his staff they all make me and my animals very welcome and comfortable....

The Doctor is OUTSTANDING my cat loves him, I love him cause he makes the best choices, and never does unnecessary things for money and never over charges or even charges for little things. Greeted with a smile and care last time I was there. He saved my cats eye with diligent treatment and constant follow up, when others wanted to do surgery!!

Wonderful Dr. Very worm and kind with pets, is honest and reasonable in price. When my cat got Ill to the point her cancer was taking her life....The Dr was very kind and helpful with helping me put her to rest. I had her cremated through his recommendation and am very satisfied and will continue to come here with my other pets needs
