Dr. Evelyn knows her stuff and will call back for phone consultations. Vet tech Mini is especially helpful. Other vet on staff is okay but less personable and will sometimes talk over what you are saying. The reason for only three stars is the front office staff, which turns over often. Phone waits are often long. They are generally friendly and that is about it. I called recently to make an appointment. The gal confirmed my appointment and didnt enter it in the computer so there was no appointment when I arrived! Simple questions have baffled them. One front office person asked me what tests and shots my cat needed. I cheerfully provided my best recollection and suggested that she check the cats records to be sure. They promise to provide follow-up information that isnt sent. Hopefully, the front office staff will stabilize and staff size will increase and/or they will add phone lines so there are not such long waits to get through.

Since Dr. Evelyn Sagastume has assumed the leadership of the Raymond Avenue Animal Hospital (and redubbed it "Petsadena Animal Hospital"), Ive had a few routine and urgent medical needs for my dog. Ive been very pleased with the upgrade to the facility and to the staff. Super friendly and attentive and all give off an air of not only compassion and caring, but of competence. I hope to see Dr. Sagastume and her team flourish. I always hope to never need to visit them, but in case I do, I am very glad and confident that they will be there for me and my pets.

I cant thank Petsadenas staff enough. We brought our 5yr old Pomeranian (Jack) in because our baby was having bloody diarrhea. They were so gentile with him and took such great care of him. You have a customer for life!!! Ive been to many Veterinarians in Pasadena and I must say that Petsadena is the only Vet Im comfortable with. Your the best Petsadena!

Dr. Evelyn is awesome! She has been seeing both my dogs for about a year now and always treats them with the best of care! Her staff is super helpful and always remembers to follow up with me after a visit to make sure my pups are on the right track to a healthy recovery! Petsadena is the best Animal Hospital in Pasadena, Highland Park, Eagle Rock and surrounding areas. Staff is very nice and doesnt make you feel obligated to do everything recommended. I will continue to make Petsadena my choice for all my Pets
