I can not believe this facility is a US Healthworks office. I took my 82 year old mother with severe leg pain to the point she could hardly walk. I used my own wheel chair. First thing said to me was " it will be 2 hours". I then asked if they triaged the urgent care patients the girl looked very confused then said they do sometimes but they had too many appointments to triage. The problem with that is the appointments were for the industrial medicine side, not urgent care. I do not think there a was one other urgent care patient and it took about 2 hours to go in. The very small room had dust on the equipment. I wrote on top of machine with my finger. Exam table had rust and stains on it. The doctor was nice and caring but I will not go back and will be letting Scan & Healthcare Partnrs of the problems.

The reviews are correct. They dont see any children. If you are a family with kids dont bother coming here. I called Medi-Cal / HealthNet and they told me to bring my child here I drove 20 minutes and then turn me away because they dont take kids and havent from last October. You think they would put that information on their website or health net would have told me that. The woman behind the counter was also very unhelpful. After being told they wouldnt see my kid I asked were a different urgent care clinic was and she would even bother to take the time to help me with that. There was one person in the waiting room and she was just coping paper work. She didnt want to deal with me at all. Very rude and unhelpful.

Came in as an urgent care patient and checked in at 9:22am, I had expected to wait a while since there was already a lobby full of people, but never did I expect to wait 3 hrs!!!! I originally came in with back pain, after sitting for 3 hrs, the pain was so severe, I could barely stand it, and still there were 2 people ahead of me!! This is ridiculous, I got up from my seat and walked to the receptionist and asked her to cancel my appointment. Im better off going to the ER, at least I wont wait endless hours to be treated. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN, and advise anyone who is in PAIN, do not come here unless you have an entire day to waste!

Went in yesterday for a lingering cough.The staff was quite professional. The PA I saw was great. She did a great job of doing an assessment & was very good about explaining what we could do as well as follow-up. She gave me two cough suppressants and it really helped me in getting some rest last night.They get only 4 stars because their initial estimate of 20" became 35" then ended up being a little over an hour. You do have the option to make an appointment if you dont want to wait. Its nice to have a facility like this in the neighborhood. Much easier than an ER visit when you dont have anything that serious going on.

my daughter needed a sports physical ASAP and our regular physicians had a one week wait.This clinic accepts walkins so we went there. Their service was horrible. we waited 2 hours to go in which is typical for a walkin. She was checked by the RN and we were told we still had to wait another hour just for the doctor to sign her waiver, that he was busy,right when he was walking down the hall! If my daughter didnt need the waiver I would have walked out. Do not go there unless its your last resort, even then, look for better options.

very rude employees specially the short hispanic guy that rushed me thru the clinic to the examination room where they forgot about me for about an hour until i went out and complained and with in 30 seconds the doctor showed up. lots of trainees, to the point that when i asked for the restrooms the employee didn,t know. very disorganized! they use a little dry erase board to run the place, i guess. i could go on and on but whats the point? i had no choice since every other place was closed that day. so if you can, stay away!!!!

On my first day, I would agree with the other reviews on here. But something surprised me, different days equals a change in attitude, so it actually was good service after all. Thats the main area with the MD, PA-c, X-ray tech, and front desk. The therapy center is nicer and more personable, the chiropractor, Dr. Weiler is great and well spoken. So my perception of US Healthworks overall as a healthcare facility went from being a poor rating to a good one.

Been waiting for over an hour and a half, showed up half an hour after they opened and they havent talked to us the whole time except to say they need more information after we had been waiting for an hour, I would seriously leave this place and go somewhere else to seek medical attention for anything, no one is in the room and yet they take forever. Horrible service, would never come back to this place, would not recommend anyone coming here for urgent care.

I went today at 10am 2 1/2 hrs later nothing, I ask she looks at a single file, oh thats not yours ok Ill take your name off. Now I know that theres work related injuries etc, but I saw at least 3 people that came after me called. I was sitting there with a high fever you could see, I was sopping wet. The reason I went was based on the owners response 2 months ago. Oh well back to Glendora.

Waiting 2 hours to even get called back. The front desk kept saying 1 more patient ahead of us. Well 3 pts later once again asked n once again said 1 pt ahead. The continued that for 2 hours. When we went to a room...finally..the Dr and nurses in back much more apologetic. The 1 star is for front desk service and consideration. They suck!!

Waited THREE HOURS!!! They didnt even let me know they were short handed that day. There was dirt everywhere on the machines the bed and the floor. They are horribly disorganized and they dont have a clue!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!! Try emergency if this is your last resort.

This place is good way to waste your life...If there are just 3 people waiting and you still have to wait over an hour to pee in a cup, how much of your life will get wasted if they was busy. I suggest that you dont go here, but if you must go pack a lunch..

the initial office visit at the clinic you can be there a couple hours and ther after it is not so bad but the medical admin clerks are horible they have no idea what they are doing and they never answer there phone

Staff is great; friendly and nice. Would be five stars if the wait was a bit shorter but at an urgent care facility, its kind of expected, having said that, Ive waited much longer in other similar establishments.

Ive been waiting for 2 hours and theres only 3 people in front of me. Seriously lagging service. Whats taking so long? If I could give a zero I would. Only need to do a drug test. A 20 minute process.
