I am very disappointed with this place! My son was willing to address some mental health issues. Dr. Wells told my son he was giving him Abilify and it turned out to be a different medication to sedate him. They wanted to bum rush him and take him to the e.r to be evaluated. Mind u my son was not being erratic. He was being honest and seeking help. I told Dr. Wells that this was not ok and i would take my son myself to the e.r. he told me no that ambulance, and security were going to hold him down. Wtf is that and why. Now how do i get my son to seek the help he so desperately needs after being deceived! Epic Fail Dr. Wells. To add insult to injury. Baldwin Park PD show up at my front door. My son is not on parole, probation, and not incarcerated. Handeling the situation the way Dr. Wells wanted to would have landed my son in jail for trying to break loose of them trying to detain him.

If youre serious and thinking getting a treatment here, Im telling everything gonna be doubtful. Therapists and Psychologists are required highly in socialization, arent them? Allow me to be nice and polite, the psychologists and therapists there really need some more training to acquire the necessary skill thus they can avoid put me into a Kafkaesque situation, Gosh! And, Maria, would you not response to me so I wouldnt get a notice on my account?

This dept is awesome! Has helped our entire family. Above and beyond! Unfortunately, most people post when things go wrong. I have experienced Awesome doctors and therapists. Both for myself, my son and as a family. Lisa Bright is incredibly caring and will follow up on any concerns you have. If a therapist, program or doctor is not the right fit, please speak up, they can be changed.

I was trying to explain my problems to the "Dr." And she simply told me i cant help you and just ended the session. I need real help and she just made me even more deperessed because she reffered to me and my friends as druggies. Ive been clean for more than 4 months.

Incompetent Dept. 2nd time we show up for appointment and they claimed they cancel because mistakes were done by the scheduler. Computers dont make mistakes, I want the Dep Head on a stick.
