I love the Dr.s soo nice and understanding I never have had a problem with any of the staff just the wait for having a appointment is kinda long in person the staff has always been extremely kind but the last time I called to make a appt for my new born I was given such a hard time for not having the medical record number I asked the girl who answered the phone to look it up under his name and she told me straight out "no mam you need to have the number you are the parent and you are the one requesting a Dr. visit" OMG was my response and I got very upset to the point of hanging up on her I never remember names and after this I write down every name of who I speak to I am sorry to have to change UCI but I believe strongly in customer service and the way I was treated that day made me cry on how poor customer service was given to me I do recommend them but make sure you always have your medical record number ;)

The only thing I actually like about this place is that they have a decent sized parking lot and there is always parking available. The waiting rooms arent special really. Generally pretty quiet. It takes an extremely long time to get an appointment, which really upsets me, but I havent had any terrible experiences.

They treat you very well they deserve 5 stars for being so understandinf and caring. But the wait time for appointments is long, and doctor visit is long too about 45 min to 1.5 hours. Other than that friendly staff nurses and doctor raymundo is great.

I had an appointment for July 12 , 2016 and they changed it to the 13th. It was bad enough that I had to wait 2 months for an appointment, I had to go to urgent care to get medication that I needed.

Just went in because they needed to do a "quick " blood test that wasnt going to take long and I ended up waiting for 35 minutes just so they can give me a paper saying I need to go somewhere else
