Stopped by today to get my glasses checked after less than a year. I had some scratches from cleaning, and the lady at the reception looked at the glasses and asked me all kind questions to let me know that it is my fault that this happen and Im like, lady I know that I did not say its your fault, but all her response is for me to buy a new glasses. All she wanted to do is sale me a 199.00 new pair of glasses !!!! She kept asking me what do I clean it with, And how do I wash the cloth and kept going to the sale that they have. She had no customer service at all. I even had to ask her if it possible for her to try to clean my glasses. The only thing she looked for was weather I have a warranty or not. And that was the second issue, if I did , that meant for $ 25.00 I could have replaced my lenses. The problem is I did not know about that when I bought my glasses. It was not offered to me, and I was not offered the anti-scratch coating !! For a 1st time user ?? Wish I had the same great service that the others were talking about ....... now I guess I need to throw my $ 200.00 glasses away after less than one year and find a better place to shop >>>>>>> Thank you Sears Optical
