Being a new patient plus my kids I was tooking by surprise when It took 1 month to get eye glasses back! Not happy with that service! I had to keep calling asking about my eyeglasses and the kids which made me upset because every time I did call they seemed irritated that I was calling every couple weeks to check if they were in. They blame it on my insurance but when I called the insurance company they said it was shipped to them weeks ago. Not happy!!!!

I had my first eye exam in over a decade at this location. The staff was friendly, courteous, and laid back. I was very comfortable during my entire exam, and I had gone in overly anxious about the dilation test. My GP had sent a referral form, they had already faxed it by the time I left.

I got my first pair of glasses here. Staff is great, they explained all my options but they did not try to hard sell anything. The Doc was great during the exam and answered any questions I had about getting my new glasses and what to expect.

The employees here always very nice and courteous. You always get in at a timely manner. Very kid friendly environment, my kids love the pet frogs Batman and Robin!

Went there to repair glasses i bought elswhere, they kindly repaired whithout asking for anything. Very nice customs, Ill by my glasses there next time.
