Dr. Zeser and all of his staff are extremely professional and charismatic! My son, who is 4, and I had our first exams and experience with this team and everyone was overly thorough in their work. I knew when I left that I received the best exam and care. My son was a little hesitant, but the techs and Dr. Zeser were so fun and sweet with him. I was taught how to wear contacts for the first time, and the techs were patient and very helpful. They had a huge selection of frames to choose from and the techs gave me their feedback and opinions on what to shop for. Checking in/out was quick and easy and both of the receptionists provided great customer service, and they offered my son a sweet treat on the way out as well! The facility was very clean and welcoming. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Zeser and his staff if youre looking for an exceptional experience in the Beavercreek area.

My teenage daughter and I had back-to-back appointments here, and were very disappointed. While Dr. Zeser seemed very nice, his assistants were completely unprofessional. Both my daughter and I had nearly similar experiences: while we were in the room with the assistants doing eye tests, another assistant came in and started chatting with the tech that was supposed to be helping us. In my daughters case, they chatted for a full five minutes before even acknowledging her and initiating the tests, and in my case, an assistant came in and started chatting with the tech while I was being tested (making it very hard to concentrate when someone is standing right beside you talking loudly about what a previous client said). If the patient is not the first consideration, we feel no need to go back there. Very disappointing.

Dr. Zeser is very personable. He takes the time to make you feel as though he appreciates you as a patient and not rushing you in and out so he can get to the next person. The staff schedules his patients so that youre not waiting long periods of time. Ive never had to wait over 10 to fifteen minutes and if I did it was because I was early not that he was late. He takes time to explain every part of the process and so does his staff so you can leave with a complete understanding of everything that was done and talked about during the appointment. Hes the best Optometrist Ive had and would highly recommend him to anyone.

Ive been going to this establishment since I was a very young child. Dr. Stewart and Dr. Zeser have always treated me like family. They always ensured I was comfortable and satisfied with my new contacts. Meanwhile, the staff is so caring and helpful. They would always great me as I walked in, and they would always be prepared to answwr any and all of my questions. I couldnt be more thankful for them!

Overcharged and kept the balance from my previous appointment, didnt find out until I went to check out the next YEAR! Unacceptable to keep my money! They kept insisting not to give me my refund, had to keep calling to finally get what was mine. Horrible experience, so unprofessional!

Fantastic office, front and back. They are always so accommodating and friendly. When we moved here in 2016 a stranger recommended this office and Im so grateful. I know when my family of six has an appointment we will have a fantastic experience...and great eyesight! Try them.

My entire family have been using Dr. Zeser since we moved her in 2009. He is a wonderful doctor! The rest of the staff is very friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the tech that did my eye tests reeked of cigarette smoke.

Dr. Zeser is awesome! He is so friendly, great with my kids. He takes the time to answer any of our questions and explains them in words we can understand! Never had any issues with contacts or glasses. Highly recommend!
