Sandy - Mar 29, 2012 I owe my life to Dr. John Waters. I called to make an appointment because I experienced momentary blindness in my left eye. The staff told me that Dr. Waters wanted me to come in immediately which sort of frightened me. After examining my eyes, Dr. Waters told me that I needed to see a vascular specialist as soon as possible. He said he believed that some built up plague in my carotid artery had broken loose and blocked my vision temporarily. He explained that loose plague can travel to the brain and cause a stroke at any time. The vascular surgeon tested me and confirmed exactly what Dr. Waters said. My carotid artery was 98% blocked and I had surgery that same week. I believe my life wouldve had a very different outcome had it not been for Dr. Waters expertise and I want everyone to know my story. Thank you Dr. Waters!

My family has been going to Dr. Waters for eye care for over 16 years. He and his staff are the most personable and caring medical professionals you could ever find. In a relaxed environment you will be cared for by people who treat you like family. In addition to routine checkups, eyeglasses and contact lenses, he has performed eye surgery on me and we entrusted him with the care of our son when he required a surgical procedure at 1 year of age. I had Lasik eye surgery done in 2002 by Dr. Waters. Prior to the eye surgery I was dealing with contact lenses which were a huge pain and took 5 - 10 minutes every morning to clean and put in. After my surgery, I have been 20/20 vision ever since and have not had any issues at all! I highly recommend Dr. Waters to all who are looking to be contact lense free. It was the best thing I have ever done for myself.

This clinic is so professional, friendly and wonderfully run. EVERYONE, and I mean everyone, is nice. The doctor is wonderful and friendly. They worked hard to find the best situation for me with my insurance, too. They also run ON TIME, which is a miracle in our service-based economy. I would recommend this clinic to anyone (and everyone), and will be doing so from now on.

I had my exam at Complete Eye Care, and Dr. Waters suggested I consider progressive lenses instead of readers. At first it was a difficult adjustment, but the technician worked me and now I cant imagine not having them. Its so nice to not be constantly looking over over my readers...Thank You Complete Eye Care!!!

I went to Complete Eye Care to have an issue checked out and Dr Waters diagnosed the problem, performed the surgery and the follow-up. Everything went extremely well. The staff is always fun and friendly as well as knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend Complete Eye Care to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Waters for several years. The eye check up is very thorough - much better than you will get at some place that is just trying to sell you some glasses. And heaven forbid you do need a surgery or an advanced procedure Dr. Waters is your man.
