Horrible. I called the Ypsilanti store, ordered a replacement pair and they came in just fine. When I went to pick up in Ypsilanti, I found that the Google info for mapping was incorrect. Used address on old office sign, it sent me 15 minutes the wrong way. Finally go back, parking was horrible. I go inside the only svs store Ive ever dealt with just to find out they were sent to the Ann Arbor store. NOONE ever at any point told me that. So now Ive wasted an hour of time, gas and have to still go pick them up.

Jackson Ave location was a wonderful experience. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. Scheduling was efficient. Glasses came quickly and they really took the time to fit them properly and make sure we were happy before we left the store.

Was not at all happy with my experience here. They were not able to adjust my glasses in a way that didnt hurt my ears. I drove back for I think over 10 adjustments and they couldnt get it right. What a waste of time.

My glasses were scratched the first week after I got them because I used the cleaning wipes they gave me and now whatever film they put on the lenses is chipping away. Doesnt seem to be very good quality stuff.

Really nice experience!....Good collection!!...Shop assistant Veto was made sure to get me exact pair of prescribed sunglasses when I found out I received a slightly different frame than desired!!...Kudos!
