Very unsatisfied with my experience here. Yes, their staff is friendly and the doctor is knowledgeable. But they are very unforgiving when it comes to ordering products. I made an emergency appointment here when I got hit in the face with a car door (which bent my current glasses and damaged the frame permanently), so I needed new glasses as soon as possible. They were very fast with the order, but the correction done to one of the lenses made me see the world like a fishbowl - so I requested that it be sent back to the lab for an adjustment and have the astigmatism correction removed. They refused to do so without having me in for a follow-up eye exam, and then I had to argue with them to have the astigmatism correction removed by preference. They insisted that I NEEDED this, even though they openly admitted that it was only a small correction. Eventually they agreed to remove it at my request and sent it back to the lab for a redo; I received the fixed glasses within 1-2 business days. Within 8 hours, the glasses snapped clean in half, just by me pulling them off my face and exerting a small amount of pressure on the sides [Note: I was not intentionally trying to break them, I was very gentle with the pressure and was attempting to correct a slight lopsided tilt]. To compare, I have had a frame from another vision center for over 4 years - they have been stepped on, sat on, dropped, thrown, grabbed by a rambunctious toddler, AND slammed by a car door - and they never broke or fractured, just bent a little. Naturally I was frustrated by this point, but they said they have a "no return/refund" policy and refused to give me a refund for the lenses because only the frame was returnable. The only options I had were to A) send the faulty frame back so they could put my lenses into a new version of the same frame (likely with the same weak material!), or B) take the lenses home with me and hope that I find a different place with better frames that might be able to fit the lenses into them - which the staff informed me would be basically impossible. Very upset with the customer service here. They may have kept the $80+ I paid to them, but they have lost a customer for life.

Our experience with Dr. Kazem and his staff has been excellent! Dr. Kazem took time to explain his findings and answer my questions and he asked a lot of good questions, too! Ive been getting eye exams for many years and he is head and shoulders above the rest. Everyone in the office was engaged and attentive. Youre greeted as soon as you walk in the door and Dr. Kazem has been ready for me for every appt. ON TIME-- so very much appreciated! I cannot express fully how grateful I am to have the privilege of working with Rebecca Drescher. She is warm and approachable, knowledgeable, engaged and fully focused on providing honest feedback about frame and lens selections. The kindness and caring expressed by Rebecca is rare. Her knowledge and skill is exceptional and second only to her ability to leave you feeling as though youve been cared for by a very dear friend. As we age - we rely more and more on eye care professionals. Do yourself a favor and visit Dr. Kazem and Rebecca. You wont be disappointed!

I took my 5 yr old here for an eye exam. To start they didnt explain anything they were doing to not only me but to my son which was scary for him. They decided his eyes needed to be dilated. They said this was routine. Come to find out it was not. They completely rushed through everything they did without really talking to me. They told me my son needed glasses that he could not see far. I thought that was wrong. I have never seen him have a problem seeing anything at a distance. They didnt have any glasses for him (which is fine, I would not of bought them anyways from them). Before leaving they handed me little paper glasses to protect his eyes after being dilated. These would not of done any protecting what so ever. What a joke. I took my son to another eye doctor a week later for a second opinion, he has 20/20 vision! Does not need glasses at all!! This place was not friendly, did not communicate with me about anything and completely rushed the whole appointment. Horrible experience all around!!!

I saw Dr. Kazem to see if my excruciating headaches were related to my vision. After the exam he sent me to the ER since my optic nerves were swollen and he wanted to make sure this was not due to a tumor or increase in the pressure of the fluid around my brain. After the CAT SCAN came out normal, Dr. Kazem talked to the ER doctor and made sure they did a spinal tap to measure the pressure of the fluid around my brain. The pressure was very high and when it was lowered my headaches went away. I feel he saved my life, I havent felt so pain free for years. I am very appreciative that he followed up with the ER doctor and I was not sent home after the results of the CAT SCAN were normal. The staff was very nice and accomdating and worked me in the schedule the same day and set me up to see a neuro- ophthamologist. for follow up care. They treat you like family and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I recently had my eyes examined by Dr. Kazem. Before Dr. Kazem actually had a chance to examine my eyes, the doctors staff was kindly assisting me getting signed in. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Dr. Kazem was very thorough and patient. He took detailed pictures of my eyes. Also, my refraction was done and I only needed some reading glasses. I was excited to see the pictures he had taken of my eyes all the while listening to him explain the health of my eyes in detail. Dr. Kazem has a wonderful selection of frames, since I already had some readers I decided to get a pair of Sunglasses, and they are terrific. I have recommended Dr. Kazem to some people already, and I would recommend you go to Lawrenceville Family Eyecare.

We have been a patient of Dr. Kazems for well over 10 years dating back to his previous location. He has always gone out of his way to ensure that whatever he prescribed to either my wife or myself fits into our life-style. In other words, hes very adept at listening to your needs, and working out a livable solution that incorporates our vision correction. His staff has done a great job helping me find a good frame, and outlining the various options that are available to me. They were also very accommodating in terms of working me in on the rare occasion when an acute eye issue needed to be treated. All in all, I have been very satisfied with my experience with Dr. Kazem and his staff.

Dr. Kazem is the best! I hadnt had an eye exam in several years so I wasnt looking forward to hearing how blind I had probably become but I had no reason to be nervous. Dr. Kazem was very thorough in his examination of my eyes and put all my fears at ease. He didnt keep me waiting long at all, either! I was in, tested and out within a span of probably 30 minutes! The front office staff is extremely friendly and did a great job of helping me find a frame that would fit my large head and look good at the same time. I would recommend Dr. Kazem and his staff to everyone! I had a great experience!
