I used Dr Woods Lawrenceville office in the 3rd quarter of 2015. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. However, the office staff failed to take down my insurance information correctly, then refused to cooperate in filing insurance paperwork with Davis Vision, which resulted in it taking several months for me to recoup to office visit fee from insurance. Most shocking was the receipt that I was given the day of my visit, which was for a higher charge than the visit charge information later provided to Davis Vision. Davis Vision has opened an investigation into this offices practices and recorded a negative review of this office because even their attempts to gain confirmation of basic information about my visit were met with unprofessional disregard and misinformation. I attempted several times to contact the doctors and owners, but the office staff thwarted every attempt and told me directly to go somewhere else with my business. We should all heed their advice and look elsewhere for professionalism and good record keeping.

Dr Wood was kind and knowlegable, his staff lacks communication to one another. I have had problems every since I have gone there. Wrong information, wrong glasses ordered, wrong contacts ordered, was told by staff they would be in on Saturday but they where not. Now I am left to go to work Monday moring with the wrong contact prescription and can not see. This was the second time I tried them. Ill be going back to my original Doctor, even though he moved further away. Just should not have be this way and they dont care that its not even right. You would think that this office would try and go out of there way due to the multiple mistakes that have been made. Would not recommend!

Excellent example of office that provides complete care. From the beginning of my visit to the end, the team at Wood Eye Care in Lawrenceville proved they were highly knowledgeable, and were able to answer all my questions while conducting a routine eye exam. On top of that, the team was friendly and took a genuine interest in my wellbeing. I left with more affordable contact lenses that met my needs. I have recommended Wood Eye Care in the past, and will continue to in the future!

Just had my first visit at the Lawrenceville location with Dr Wood. She is only there a couple of days a week, but its worth waiting to see her. She was so knowledgeable caring and took her time with me. She even helped me make a final decision on glasses. Another plus is that I did not have to wait. Between Dr Wood and the tech I was constantly doing something, rather than just sitting around waiting as Ive done in the past at other offices. I will recommend them to everyone!

I have been going to this location for two years and really like it. All the people that work there are very helpful and friendly. I really appreciated the time they took to find a pair of glasses that looked best on me. They werent afraid to say what they liked and didnt like and why. Al Brite was one of the employees I remember by name that was very helpful. Highly recommend!

Love the Lville location Dr. Woods is the man hes so super cool he knows his stuff, he includes you in the process and breaks everything down so that you are clear. Al. he deals with the glasses awesome guys
