Dr. Hackney is an good Doctor, However his staff SUCKS!, not only do they take and additional 15 mins to reopen or receive calls after the lunch break which is supposed to end at 2:00, trying to have your insurance verified from that department leaves a lot to be desired. They lack the ability to confirm information requested by making it a point to offer to call you back after they have gone to try and get accurate information about your insurance as to whether or not it is one that they accept or not, nor do they seem concerned about the care of his patients. This applies to the stockbridge office on timeliness, not responding to the patience when they are supposed to be available after their 2:00 return time for lunch. The billing and insurance department lack knowledge and willingness to get the information needed for patience to make an informed decision about their health benefits!

Ive been a patient since 92, Dr. Hackney is the BEST Obstetrician-Gynecologist ever. Dr. Hackney is very honest, professional, personable and very knowledgeable. I dont trust anyone else. The staff is welcoming, caring and loving especially Daysha, shes a awesome person. His staff has been with him since I can remember. They all stick with him and that says a lot about, what a GREAT Doctor. I look up to him and hes advice means the world to me. If you ever need a good doctor with the experience and honest advice, Call Dr Hackney and become apart of the family.

I absolutely lovee Dr. Hackney and his staff..went to him with both pregnancies... and i will go there for every one i have.... i love the staff sense of humor and i feel welcomed... i love how they remember each patient by names and i can ask any question and will walk out knowing the answer... i have recommend his office to so many friends...
