My OBGYN is a joke! Horrible service, my doctor was really nice (Whitling) however all the other doctors are a joke, and they make you see every doctor at their practice incase your doctor cant deliver your baby, which is understandable but I saw other doctors more than my own doctor! Dr. Meziere is extremely rude, she doesnt have time for her patients, I was told at my appointment that she only had time for 2 questions because she had a busy schedule! What the heck is that?! I am paying for medical care! To be pushed aside is extremely rude and not okay! The midwife is always really rude (Reynolds). Dr. Royster is really rude, she doesnt let you talk. I called because I needed more pain medicine due to having a c-section, I was taking the same dose they gave me at the hospital, she told me that the amount of pain medicine they gave me is enough to last me my whole life (her exact words). I ended up having sepsis and almost dying 2 days after I came home from the hospital! Royster also wont let you talk! She asked me a question when I was in the hospital for high blood pressure and I tried to give her an answer with explaining myself and she cut me off and said yes or no, in other words she didnt want to hear an explication. The office staff is rude in both locations! And when you cancel your appointment, and they say that they have canceled it (I double checked every time) they really didnt cancel it! They pretty much asked me for my allergies every single time I went in! I told them they already have that information, turns out every single time I told them, they didnt listen or write it down! So dangerous, I am allergic to a lot of medicines and those medicines make my airway close! And I hope you arent embarrassed to carry a cup full of pee down the hallway, because they give you a Dixie cup right when they call you back, which the nurse has her bare hands inside your cup, not sanitary! And they tell you to bring your pee cup out to them so that they can do your test in the hallway, the sink in the hallway is full of like 10 cups of pee at a time! Yes they have the silver door to put your urine in in the bathroom, but if you put it in there, they will make you take it out of there and give it to them. Yes, I love touching my pee cup after I wash my hands! And now to top off everything else, when I saw my doctor last (Whitling) she said if I needed to have her write me a prescription for Plan B before I get my birth control put in to just call. Well I did that today and was called back by the nurse and she said due to the fact that I have a balance on my account, they cant give my doctor a message for me! I told her I had never heard of that in my whole life, and she said it is their office policy, and I told her well I will be DONE with your office then, thanks and BYE! Dont chose this office for your OBGYN care unless you love being mistreated, degraded, and judged!

The worst experience in my life. Before I got pregnant, I loved this place. When I realized Id be delivering at the womens health center I wasnt pleased because i dont like southern regional. 27 weeks along I was diagnosed with preeclampsia, and they put me on labatelol for my high blood pressure and they put me on xanax. I took anxiety medication before I got pregnant and stooped immediately. I didnt think you were supposed to take those while pregnant. At 29 weeks I went to the womens health center twice concerned because my son wasnt moving like normal. We already knew he was breech, footling, but they did a BPP and said he was perfect. (Even though they has to shake my belly just to wake him up) "He was just lazy. 3 days later I had an appointment and told them he hadnt moved in several hours. Went to the health center, again. There was no heartbeat. Our baby boy was gone. I went to sleep with him rolling around and then nothing. My blood pressure was at stroke level so it took about 6 hours to induce me. I went through labor for 2 days, with no choice but to deliver naturally, and my water broke at 5:55 am. My fiance, the doctor and nurse were in there while I push his feet and torso out. His head was stuck and the doctor told us if she pulled him hed be decapitated. While I laid there screaming and my fiance comforted me, the doctor told the nurse they needed to go assist "a live birth". They left my fiance, my baby, and me in the room, alone. I got the urge to push and our baby rolled out and my fiance had to make sure I wasnt hemmoraging. He delivered our dead baby. That night, they gave me freaking Benadryl to help me sleep. And they couldnt confirm cause of death until we approached them. They said they couldnt confirm because the werent in the delivery room. DO NOT USE MYOBGYN.

I called a week and a half in advance for a appt to get my pregnancy established. I was glad they were able to fit me in with such short notice. However that joy turned into stress from this office and their receptionist Megan. I called this morning at 9am on 07/17/17 to verify which office my appointment was today at 10am. I did this because over the weekend I realized they had two different locations and I didnt want to run al over trying to find their office. Not aware that my appt was actually the next day on 07/18/17 at 10am. But that didnt matter because the rude ass receptionist Megan says its tomorrow but its cancelled. What!! Cancelled!! I told her I didnt cancel my appointment and as a matter of fact I just confirmed on Friday that I will be present. I asked her why would I call to get location information if I cancelled my own appointment? She says she didnt know and didnt know who did. She informed me that I would have to wait an additional week to see a Dr although I told her I had been spotting for over a week and that I am high risk. She had no compassion and said it was nothing she could do. She is very rude and unprofessional. If the front office staff is like this I can only imagine how the Drs are. I will not go to this practice and I urge anyone else to look further. They care nothing about your situation. Thanks to this practice I may be more at risk of losing my twins due to my history and having to wait longer to see a Dr. Believe the 1 star reviews. Go somewhere else.........

when I first arrived at the location, the main womens health sign was dangling from a thread which was a horrible sign of neglect. I went anyway because I am new to the area and the office is close to home. even with arriving early, I had to sit and wait forever! then I got called to the exam room where I had to sit and wait even longer! the wait time is unacceptable. I thought maybe it was just that one time but every single time I have to go back, expect to wait AT LEAST an hour after your scheduled appointment. whats the point of even having an appointment if the doctors cant keep it themselves! I have to have a special appointment to get my implannon removed and ive been waiting three months for them to even set up the appointment. they claim that they cant reach the doctor, for three months!!! when I finally complained, they keep jerking me around on appointments. they schedule it then cancel repeatedly. THEY CANT GET THEIR STUFF TOGETHER! on top of the horrible service, the office is awful to even look at. you should feel comfortable but I feel like im at a flee market everytime I have to visit! I am forced to get this removed with them now but they have no sense of urgency like I do, this implannon expires in two months and im the only one worried about it! do not go here even if it is convenient because they go out of their way to make you not want to come back.
