I have become increasingly disgusted with Dr Nguyen over the years; I have been a patient there for 6 years. At my last appointment I arrived at 10:40 for an 11:00 visit I waved at Dr Nguyen as he was standing at the counter just behind another new receptionist. I was asked to sit down and fill out my appointment sheet – I walked it back up and was asked for my payment and submitted a debit card again I was told to sit down; when called to get my card back she told me yet again to sit down. I was escorted back by another new nurse at 9:50 where my weight / vitals etc were taken. I asked about how busy they were and she told me there were 2 ‘no shows’ that morning. So there I sat and I sat, no one came back to tell me what was going on, at 11:30 I walked around the corner and there was Dr Nguyen still standing at the counter – I said excuse me – I had an 11:00 appointment – he says he will be there in a little while. Ten minutes later, here he comes and rushed through my issues - did not seem concerned at all over what was happening with me. I was told to wait for the nurse and my paperwork – ten minutes later here she comes. Really? Are you that important to make people wait for no reason at all? Go somewhere else folks if your time is valuable.

Frustrating to deal with. I cant make an appointment for a papsmear for another month because Im in Oregon working a temporary job. I called to get an extension on my birth control for a month until I get back and can come in. The first person I talked to said it wasnt a problem, just to contact my pharmacist. Well, I just got a call and I was told I cant have my prescription extended until I come in for a papsmear. Thanks a lot. I havent seen my husband in over a month and when I finally get to see him, what? I have to tell him to wrap it up. Thanks for being understanding and not working with my hectic schedule.

He acts like the best, most confident and cocky doctor. A quick Google or Wikipedia search provides more actuate information without the attitude. Save the co-pay if you have common sense or watched The Magic School Bus growing up. Not helpful, not educated. The least he could do stop arguing, read the Rx labeling, and get his facts right.

I been going to Dr.Nguyen since i was bout 13;Im 22 now. He answer whatever questions you need. My only problem I have is the waiting period. I hate waiting long to be seen. Overall he gets 4.5 stars
