Always trust your instinct. Within 2 months of me receiving care under Dr. Stewart during my first pregnancy I began regretting that decision. Appointments felt rushed, there were frequent appointment cancellations, and bedside mannerisms were minimal as I felt more like a number than a person. By the time I was certain that I had made a mistake in choosing this practice, I was too far along in my pregnancy to switch, or so I had been told. I carried my pregnancy to 40 weeks and delivered a stillborn child. Only then do I feel like any of the doctors learned my name, especially when I woke up on a respirator 2 days later. Dr. Stewart was especially cold on my last visit. Reading, over my childs autopsy, handing me the papers as she quickly scanned for key points, obviously looking over the documents for the first time. She made my experience awful. She did not even realize that she had mixed another patients autopsy report with my childs. I deserved better. My child deserved better. Women deserve better. You deserve better. Dont go here.

They have a wonderful staff very nice customer service but the doctors here are horrible I only liked the midwife Angela but dr.stewart is a very unprofessional dr that I never even saw through out my whole pregnancy and when I finally saw her it was on my due date which she was very Un friendly and seemed to fake . When I was delivering she made me feel uncomfortable with no support and just seemed like she was trying to rush me out of her hands and walked out the room because she got poop on her scrubs and left the midwife to deliver me and came back not until after the baby was delivered with her iPad and just looked and left I didnt like the experience with her . I recommend you to the midwife because dr.stewart seems to not know how to treat her patients or even care who they are . Besides my experience with dr.stewart everyone else is very kind and welcoming and supportive.

Worst experience for a first time mom. The midwives are lovely but dr Lynette is terrible. A very unfriendly person who youll NEVER see in the office. When I finally did see her she gave off a bad vibe and didnt know anything about my records! When I decided to ask about them she had the worst attitude and already decided in her head that I was wrong (which I wasnt). Nobody in the office could tell me why I was bleeding at 8 , 11 , and 12 weeks, they just treated it like it was normal. It was only then when I met Lynette that I decided to start seeking care somewhere else. Not to mention she let a practicing nurse check me out before she came in the room and did absolutely NOTHING. a 2 hour wait just to be mistreated. I had to transfer ASAP. DONT waste your time with her !

Doctor Stewart is a nice sweet doc thats makes you feel comfortable BUT her appointment staff is retarded... I scheduled 3 appointments and every single time I asked for Decatur location she scheduled me at the Norcross location! The first time I caught it by calling to verify my appointment because I forgot what time is was. 2nd and 3rd time I lost a lot of time and money! Ridiculous! 3rd time she got location and DAY wrong! Sorry doctor Stewart that was the last straw. I went over and over twice with the receptionist that I needed the Decatur office, she even repeated it. Moral of the story...recheck on your appointment location at least 3 times before showing up.

Staff is nice but , I never see my dr they take forever to call back when your calling the dr line after hours if they ever call back . The wait is ridiculous 1 hour in waiting room almost 2-3 hours in check up room . If I have a 2 oclock appt im not leaving til about 4:30 -5ish. The location for delivery is 45 min away from decatur ! What is going on I never see any of my Drs I dont feel a relationship with them and I dont feel comfortable having them deliver my child I will go to where is best for me ! But the office is nice ...... :/ good luck going here.

Horrible horrible horrible doctors made me feel very uncomfortable due to me being 8 months pregnant & this being my first child. The doctors are very unprofessional, they argued back & fourth with me & really didnt care what I had to say. Im just now leaving this doctors office to find another obgyn at 34 weeks which is hard because Im so far along & it just makes me scared at this point. I just dont recommend anybody to this practice.

I called about getting a prescription refilled last week and no one called me so I called today And they said there office is closed and wont be able to get to me until next week. That means it will be 2 weeks I advise everyone to go to a different place because they are not up to par

Dont waste your time and insurance money! Staff is unprofessional. They dont follow up with patents! Just too many errors smh ! They need to close people health at risk
