New update 7/21/15: I contacted them for them to send my medical records to another office and they are horrible at keeping up with fax papers which have my ssn on it..sent it 5 times i also told them that i wanted to transfer because i dont like their office and they said that they didnt care and hung up on me. thats the kind of service i got and its ridiculous 7/18/15 Staff has never been rude but its because they just dont care.. I stopped going for a year and half (only been once) and went back for my prenatal care.. They dont check anything, only what theyre "supposed to" They dont care to ask how i am feeling or check the baby at all.. They dont do ultrasounds at the office because the machine they have is TOO OLD... When she checked the babys heartbeat last week, she could barely "find" it.. she said it was because the baby was scared...and didnt care to check anymore..and then giggled about it..they are supposed to check the uterus and mainly focus on the baby, but doesnt care to check anything...doesnt explain anything, no nothing..just ask questions thats on her computer and thats it.. I dont feel welcomed, i am just another patient that wants to get checked to them.. Making an appointment is way too difficult...i had to wait a month and half to get checked up because they were "booked"

I have been coming here since 2013. She had delivered 2 of my 3 children. My first child she delivered, my son, she was in the delivery room but the nurse did all the work because Dr. Whitmore had a bad headache. I gave her benefit of the doubt. As long as my child and I made it safe I was okay. My second baby she delivered she was alot better, She did what was expected during the delivery unlike my first delivery she did because of her headache. She is a good doctor, she can be rude at times, sometime I feel like she doesnt treat me with the same respect that I have seen her treat her other patients because I am young, and I really dont like that. I have a husband just as the other patients and I bleed just like they do, so i dont feel i should be treated differently. Her office staff is alot better now than when I first started going there. Maria is the best very nice and professional.The old front desk lady was very rude, but the newer girl, kelly is a nice and professional as well as well as cataba the other nurse there.

I first saw Dr. Whitmore on June 19, 2014 and have been a patient ever since. As an attorney, I care about the professionalism, knowledge and ethics of a physician. Dr. Whitmore delivers all of that and more and her staff was an absolute joy to be around. Dr. Simone was thorough with me, listened to my list of ailments and concerns and had answers for me as a 63 year old post menopausal woman. Shes a friend for life. While she may be on TV, and I do enjoy her show, that is not the reason I went to see her. Her profession comes first and it shows. Shes extremely personable and I wholeheartedly recommend her.

Love, Love, Love. Dr Simone! I came to her as a patient because I was looking for someone to really be completely honest with me, personable, who I could feel really comfortable with and help me with my problems. She is always nice, courteous, funny and to the point. Most of all, she helped me tremendously with my problem and everything has been better every since. I really love her and her staff!!

The worse service ever. My spouse drove all the way from Tennessee we had an appointment booked a month in advance and the office staff waits until we get to our appointment to tell us they dont take our insurance. Do not go here!! Dr. Whitmore and her entire staff SUCK!!! I am a medical doctor so I know the proper etiquette when it comes to conducting this type of business. Dr. Tweedy

I made the appointment based on the reviews I read. When I first called, the receptionist was rude and I almost hang up on her saying "never mind"... I wish I did... The Dr. was rushing the whole time..... I will be looking for another Dr. next year.

Dr whitmore and her office staff are rude and unprofessional. Im 3 months pregnant and she refused to see me 3 times because of my schedule. I was told to find another doctor because she couldnt have me as a patient.

She delivered my first and her staff really made me feel like family my whole pregnancy! This is my second child and Im excited for him/her to be in their hands again.
