Pros: -Dr. Feung was great!! She studied my chart before my appointment and came in with all kinds of useful information. She really took the time to sit with me and answer all of my questions ( and there were a lot, this was my first pregnancy) -Dr. Gilbert was a new hire towards the end of my pregnancy. I honestly didnt like the idea of a male gyno, but he delivered my son and he was really great in the hospital setting, after I got used to it. -The woman at the front desk always remembered my name, (terrible I dont remember hers) to me thats important, because I work in customer service. -The girl who did the labs/drew blood was great too! CONS: -Dr. Stewart. -Not being able to see the same doctor each time. I had 4 different doctors, never knew who I was gonna see at my next appt. I was 2cm dilated a little too early (35wks) and it wasnt put in my chart, so at my next appt. when I brought it up they were shocked, if I hadnt said anything she wasnt even going to check and when she did I was already at a 5 with no contractions. - I had some bleeding (bloody show, which is normal) my appointment was right before lunch, so instead of taking her time, Dr. Naiik (sp) sent me to the hospital, scaring me to death. The nurses thought she was stupid for sending me in and scaring me like that, not to mention the $2000 bill for absolutely nothing. -I was sent in to be induced at 5am, no one told me why. So when the nurses wanted to know the reason I couldnt tell them and they couldnt check my paperwork because the office FORGOT to send it over. I called and asked to reschedule so that I could have someone with me at the hospital and they said NO! So I went in as scheduled at 5am only to find out the doctor wasnt to come in til 7am....which turned into 8. So 3hrs I sat there twiddling my thumbs and nothing happening. -The wait times are RIDICULOUS!!!! I would wait an hour to be seen for 5mins. Ugh! Its not terrible, but girl....go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!

Ive definitely waited over forty five minutes to be seen on two of the three occasions I have been there, and one was just a quick follow-up. When I called to have my medical records sent to my NEW doctor, it sat unattended in their file office for almost 30 days. I had to follow up with them and then she said she "might could get to it tomorrow." After almost 30 days of waiting for them to be sent to my new healthcare provider. AND you have to pay ten dollars for them to "release" the records. I have never heard of this practice before. They must have a lot of patients switch if they decided it would be a clever idea to charge for releasing medical records. Also, you wont see the same doctor each time you go. Scheduled a follow-up appointment which I thought was for the same doctor, and then a new doc came in. Apparently this is a common practice for them, and it creates all kinds of continuity problems with your care and is very unprofessional in my opinion. The doctors themselves are nice, but not above and beyond enough to overlook all of the administrative errors and headaches that come along with utilizing this facility. I also got the sense they were rushing from place to place and didnt really feel like they took the adequate time to meet with me and focus on my needs and concerns. And I met with Dr. Stewart and Dr. Naik. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

I was patient here 2015-2016. Dr. Stewart was suppose to be my main doctor but I barely saw her. Maybe just once during an appointment and during a brief time at the hospital before getting my epidural. Dr.Gilbert I saw as well, and he was GREAT! I usually dont choose male doctors but he definitely changed my mind about that. He was knowledgeable and comforting as well. I didnt like the fact that the doctors rotated so often because I couldnt get comfortable with just one. I COULD NOT STAND Dr. Naik. I would not recommend her to any first time pregnant women. She was very cold towards me. Just because my paperwork didnt transfer over from my last doctor she gave me attitude. She made it seem like it was my fault. She kept asking why did I change doctors, like it was annoying to her. She hurt me during a pap smear not telling she was sticking the instrument in. Then had the nerve to say relax , while not giving me a chance to regroup. My boyfriend was there and didnt like her either, so wasnt just me. At my last appointment she scheduled me to be induced without making sure I was ok with it. I was a first time mother so i didnt understand alot and I felt so rushed. She treated me like I was beneath her every time I saw her. I will never return here on the off chance I would have to encounter her again!!!!***Also expect to wait an 1hr plus after your appointment time.

I havent even been seen and Ive been given terrible customer service. First, the appointment line put me on hold 3 times, 2 minutes each time just to give me an appointment time, then when I agreed to a time she put me on hold again for 3 minutes. When she came back she informed that she couldnt schedule with my insurance info. Shouldnt that have been one of the first things you tell me I need before scheduling? Wasted my time. Either way that was my fault. So I call back at 4:43. No answer. I call back repeatedly hoping to get an answer since it isnt even 5:00 yet. One time they answered and immediately put the call on hold. (I guess so the phone would stop ringing) How rude is that? I refuse to deal with a doctors office that treats me like this before I even get in the office. I refuse to deal with a doctors office that ignores its clients because its 20 to close. Thats crazy! I hope the office gets this review and fires the girl who takes their calls because she is clearly young, doesnt care that she is a representation of the office and is costing them clientele and money! You wont be delivering my baby. Not in a million years!!!

There office was located on Jimmy Carter Blvd Norcross, GA and at first I did enjoy the staff and they were still kind even after I left. For whatever reason they refused to get me an ultrasound visit with a maternal fetal specialist. I would have over two hour waits and the last visit in October 2014 I was informed that I would have an ultrasound but when I arrived they kept switching dates. To no surprise I found out that several midwives and associates, including staff had either been terminated or quit. There was only one available midwife there. So I cancelled my appointments and immediately switched to another OB/GYN and they have been requesting my documents since then. Now that they have moved to Decatur, Ga off of Flat Shoals rd., they still havent sent my information and is asking for $10 to send my records even though I have a signed medical release form. I do not think the staff is to blame at all, but I assume something is off with the Doctor.
