Thank you for wasting a good 2 hours of my day! Found their website and called trying to get pricing. All I needed was a simple adjustment, but they told me I could come in for a free consult and wouldnt give pricing over the phone. Told me to print out the new customer forms from their website which took about 10-15 minutes to complete and just so happened to be some of the dumbest questions ever. Then went to their office and waited 51 minutes before I was seen by Tammy (office manager???) who proceeds to ask me the same questions that were in the new customer forms (my handwriting is legible to say the least). Then, I have to wait another 5 minutes for Dr. Durrett who decides were gonna have an x-ray (I understand needing one, but still havent gotten a price). I stop her and ask...how much is this gonna cost and she goes to get Tammy. I hear Tammy tell Dr. Durrett that she already gave me pricing while shes heading my way. I informed her that she did no such thing and then she tells me that the girl at the front desk did. I told her that that was not the case. She informs me that it is going to cost $175 and I told her I wasnt going to pay that. All I wanted was a simple adjustment. I told Tammy thanks for wasting over an hour of my time and headed for the door. Needless to say, the whole business setup is a complete waste. It was worse than going to the doctor!

One star, because they smile so much and have a Keurig in the waiting room. They wasted everyones time and at $40 a session, I just cant believe they would do this to so many sick people. Basically to sum it up, we went there when the pain first started and they said come in for free consultation. We did. It was nice, fine, whatever. Then 2-3 more sessions later, no relief was found. Pain had spread and increased 100%. Obviously we tried a different doctor. Kelsey seybold. They seem to actually know what theyre talking about. Theyd never let us down before. So they called durrett to get the "xrays". Durrett tells Kelsey that they have no records of my wife.... Wth. We called them and asked what the deal was and they said "oh we mustve miss understood, I thought she said sederick..." my wifes last name is Frederick. We laughed it off and told Kelsey. The Kelsey employee,laughed fakely and said... "after I spelled it twice....!" passive aggressive. . Idk if theyre fraud. Make your own judgement, I will deffinately not be returning or referring anyone.

This group goes above and beyond the call of duty to help their patients. Every time I go to see the doctors, they all show utmost respect and interest. They take time to listen! I never feel as though they are rushing me out of their treatment area. Quite the opposite! Dr. Durrett opens her day with an encouraging meeting that pumps up her staff (if you get there early, you are able to hear the up-beat plans for the day!) I live quite far. I have gone to several other doctors closer to me, just to see if I could find a fit. While those were good doctors, THESE ARE GREAT. They have actively worked with me to get my body from a condition of falling apart to be stronger than I ever thought possible, so I am now able to work full-time and keep up with my grandchildren. Thank you, Guys! You are the epitome of the patients doctor, and the best day of my life as it pertains to this body (and my spirit, you know!) was the day I met you all.

Dr. Durrett’s office is the best. I followed Dr. Hinds from Magnolia to her new home at Dr. Durrett’s office; it has taken about a year of on and off again treatments but now that I have been going on a regular bases, my back that I have been having none stop excruciating pain for the last two years from a work injury, is finally becoming bearable and some days it doesn’t even hurt at all. I had two other doctors tell me nothing was wrong with my back and the workers comp doctor told me it was all in my head and that I was trying to take advantage of my employer; but when Dr. Hinds assistant showed me the x-rays they took of my back I saw for myself that my lower back is completely screwed up I knew it wasn’t in my head. Now that I have someone that took the time to see that there is a problem and they are helping fix and repair the problem I am able to start healing and now I know how great a day without pain can be.

Ive been going to the chiropractor at Durrett Chiropractic for about 18 months now. Ive used chiropractic care for about 25 years. Their office is about 45-60 minutes from my home. I have had relief from TMJ & trigeminal nueralgia through the care at this clinic. They have the most friendly & professional atmosphere that Ive encountered in all the chiropractic clinics Ive been to. the care has been exceptional. The doctors go above and beyond just doing adjustments. I have referred many people to this clinic. The drive through houston traffic is worth the benefits. I am extremely selective in who I receive adjustments from. In the last 6 months, my husband has started receiving care here as well. He has had SIGNIFICANT improvement in his back and his hand (botched surgery). He has gained more range of motion and feels much less pain and discomfort than before treatments here.

Cheryl West is the BEST!!!! Many people dont understand that chiropractic care isnt just a "5 minute fix" it takes therapy and time to correct YEARS of damage that weve caused to our spines. Not necessarily from one specific event, but from daily wear and tear on our bodies. Ive got to say in the years Ive known Cheryl, since 2009, shes helped me broaden my knowledge spectrum. When we first met, I thought that if you got sick, you went to the Dr and got a pill, which sometimes didnt work and you ended up needing another one.... Well... Ive learned from Cheryl that everything stems from our spines. So, doesnt it make sense to start "fixing" the problem where it starts? The entire staff at Durrett is kind, compassionate and most importantly, knowledgeable. Thank you, Cheryl, for broadening my horizons! <3

Our family has been going to Dr. Durrett for 3 years now. They are a blessing to our family. Our young children enjoy visiting and feel very comfortable with the ENTIRE staff. They give back to their patients at various functions, during the various holidays and anniversary dates. Their hours are great, services are varied, the atmosphere is relaxing, they provide education for personal growth, and they work really hard to keep a team spirit. Despite a society that CRAVES instant gratification without personal responsibility, they strive to serve EVERY need of EVERY person that walks in through the door without prejudice. I love this about them and very grateful that they are helping folks be proactive over their health. Will continue to as patients.

Ive been a patient of DURRETT CHIROPRACTIC for years, I love, love, love Dr Durrett, Dr West and all the staff. I was referred to chiropractic care when primary care dr could help relieve pain I was having, and the "drugs" he prescribed didnt help... I thank God I found Durrett Chiropractic. the care the staff gives is beyond what I have experience any where else. over time I came to rely on Dr Durrett and her clinic for other treatments. I referred family and friends. since moving from Houston, I am considering a trip to Houston just so I can go get treatments.
