It is a super nice and friendly clinic from the receptionist and the nurse practitioner. I just waited for only 5 mins after finished all forms. I went there with my mother because she had some coughs for many days. Mrs. Silo explained my mother for every step what she would do and what my mother should do. The nurse practitioner was very professional and very knowledgable. I absolutely will go back for my flu shot this season!

The staff are not very professional. The nurse practitioner forgot to send over my prescription, when I called back they said "Sorry, the nurse practitioner stepped out, and forgot to send it over". Then proceeded to inform me the NP wouldnt be back in the office for a few hours. Im absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism. Go somewhere else if you can.
