Ive never had such an easy and straight forward eye appointment in my life. They were pretty busy when I arrived, and my insurance was giving them trouble, but they trudged through and made it work for me. The assistant was super friendly and efficient. The doctor was speedy and yet still covered everything I needed and made me feel confident in his diagnosis and recommendations. They set me up with some really great rebates and made me feel like I was getting my moneys worth. Definitely recommend this place.

Poor communication when it came to the front desk staff. When I went to pick up my glasses on the date I was told to come a employee named Robert was very smart mouthed. When I told him I didnt appreciate the way he talked to me Robert again got very smart with his mouth. This place used to have excellent customer service but it seems to have lacked severely in the 2 years since then.

Thank you Dr. Phillips and Stephanie!! I went in for a regular exam and found an issue and Dr. Phillips and Stephanie went above and beyond their call of duty to get me in to see the neurologist because my insurance was giving me a hard time about a referral.... You guys are AMAZING!

the place was good but it took 3 tries to get the right prescription made. i talked with a few ladies/customers & they too had received the wrong prescription. the company that is used for making the lenses are very poor.
