Terrible place. Avoid it at all costs if youre in the market for glasses. Its your typical commission-based sales store; youll receive great service up until you say you want to keep looking before you purchase or ask for any information that empowers the customer. If you want to see how quickly your service can change, ask them to check your Pupillary Distance on your favorite frames. Its a standard measure of how far your pupils are from each other, an important aspect in purchasing glasses. Youll hear everything from they dont do that, they cant do that, to its "illegal" (my personal favorite) for them to give that information out. Just so you know, its not. Theyll also tell you that it varies by frame. It doesnt. I highly recommend stopping in and trying on frames to see what you like, then purchasing them online. They tried to charge me $600+ (including my insurance discount) on frames and lens I found online for less than $100 dollars, and I have a high prescription with progressive lens.

Unfortunately I agree with the other reviewer. Right when i walked in i wasnt greeted but overwhelmed and interrupted. I literally had yet to look at ONE pair of glasses and I couldnt get a word in. Snatching glasses off the wall insisting that I try them on, suggesting she take 4 pictures and put them side by side, making a collection in the "tray" she bestowed upon me without any request of mine. I finally had ONE pair that I kinda liked, wanted to get some prices, was told I should get two to "save money" I ended up just walking out. Very frustrating experience. I will not only never go here, but the (what seemed to be pilled out of her mind) saleswomen has ruined my glasses buying experience all together. I will stick to just getting them online, and going through the tedious process of trial and error.

My four year old son was prescribed glasses by his doctor. We chose this store because of the convenient location. All the associates we encountered were helpful, kind and understanding. We picked a pair of glasses that my son loves. We go in frequently to have them adjusted, as you can imagine with our now five year old, they get bent often from playing. Each time we go in, we are greeted and taken care of quickly. I highly recommend this store.

A pleasant eyeglasses shopping experience. I came in with my new prescription from elsewhere looking to buy new glasses. I came here for the great selection of good looking frames. Staff was very patient with me as I took my time (probably too long) comparing several styles. They even took my picture with several different styles to compare. Had a great experience, although prices seem pretty high, $129 for just the lenses, including 40% off?

I read the other negative reviews and I have the total opposite experience. This is my first eyeglass purchase Ive ever made. I was a nervous wreck before I got into the store. The associates are extremely helpful and made my purchase extremely stress-free. I went back in a month and the store manager Stephanie help me and was extremely professional. Overall I would definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

It took the better part of 6(six) weeks to get 2 (two) pair of glasses .I wear tri focals they no longer do in house tri focal .The first pair of regular glasses i could not use viewing area was as if i had progressives.They kept telling me i had to use progressives I tryed that years ago an driving semi trucks it was dangerous today i get my sunglasses second attempt.

Dr Walsh was excellent,found issues with my retina and got me an appointment the next day with a specialist. I may have lost my vision had she not acted so promptly. I cannot recommend enough. Pleasant,informative highly recommend

STAY AWAY FROM this LENS CRAFTERS!!!!! My wife went in for a simple frame adjustment & came out with her Essilor /Crizal high index lenses SCRATCHED ALL OVER BOTH LENSES!! Stay Away they are negligent & they are schemers, at best!
