Worst Experience Ever! ***DON"T GO HERE!*** I took my wife here in the middle of the night in August 2016 for some bad pain on her lower right side, they did some tests and a scan and told her it was kidney stones and sent her away with some pain meds. The next month we get a bill for $6,687.00! My insurance provider sent me an explanation of benefits which said that my responsibility was only $1,254.20 because of the plan discounts of $4,416.00. I spent a great deal of time trying to explain to Dignity Health that my plan discounts were not applied to the bill, and after several phone calls to them and my insurance they finally figured it out. I paid my portion of $1,254.20 and didnt hear anything from them. Fast forward to April of 2017 and I get a nice letter from Amcol Systems saying they have a collection out for us for $1,254.20, which I had paid back in October 2016. I called Amcol and told them I had a statement showing I had paid, but they were worthless. Called dignity health 3 separate times until I got to someone that actually helped me out. I didnt have to explain much because he realized how royally they F***ked up and he even apologized and said they closed out the collection account with Amcol and cleared everything up, including..... get this $250 over payment because when I paid my copay at the hospital that went towards my patient responsibility of $1254.20, so they actually took in $1454.20, then sent me to collections. Makes a lot of sense I know. Still shaking my head. Never never never again will I use Dignity Health / Arizona General Hospital or whatever other DBAs they use.

If I could give a ZERO star that would be the beginning.. First of all, I would say it is not the staff here, they were nice enough ~ It is the fact that you think you are going to an Urgent care facility, yet when you are billed you are charged a HOSPITAL RATE. This is unacceptable and a COMPLETE RIPOFF!!! I went to be seen on a lunch hour for ear pain and because my ears felt clogged. I was seen longer to get my vitals than I was by the dr and waiting longer for the script than to receive any medical attention. He looked in my ears told me I didnt have any infection and suggested a steroid for the pressure I was feeling, keep in mind this did not help, I had to see a specialist two weeks later to be treated properly. I left and later was billed $431.00 to which I about THREW UP! Really almost $500 for a routine office visit..... I am sick to my stomach and have tried to dispute the charges however I am left more than likely having to pay this bill. You are not able to dispute what they charge you ~ only the services you are provided.. Ok well great I wasnt seen at an EMERGENCY room... I was seen at an urgent care, so why am I being charged for an emergency room visit? because it is attached to Chandler regional medical center! THIS IS DECEIVING.. I will never ever go to this place again!! be sure you know what you are being charged when you step foot in this place!

If there was an option for negative stars, I would rate this place in the negatives. I cannot believe how much they do not care about their patients. I was attacked by bees, a lot of bees. Like atleast 100 stings on my head alone. While trying to escape the bees, I fell, scraped up my knee and my hip (no big deal) Not to this doctor!! My scrapes and cuts were WAY more important to the doctor to clean with some soapy water and fully instruct me on how to use a bandaid. Thanks for nothing. Ive been taking care of busted knees since I was 5, I only came here because I was attacked by bees. I left urgent care 2 hours later with 24 stingers in my scalp, a bee in my bra, and some nifty bandaids that I have at home!! Dr. whatever your name is, you suck and you should choose a profession where you dont actually have to care about anyone. I know that Im venting or seems like Im on a rant, but being stung that many times and still leaving venomus stingers in my head is not worth a penny to me. I suggest taking your money elsewhere because this place is a joke. P.S. Melissa, youre a great nurse, just working for a POS facility. Ill go ahead and use YouTube and Google for any further medical information. I found so much more online in one search than I learned in 2 hours at this place they should call an urgent WE DONT care.

UPDATE***I I just received a bill for a hundred dollars more than what I paid the first time because I have insurance now. Same visit type as the first one, but since I have insurance I get charged more. Called billing and nothing can be done, told them that the visit was 3 weeks apart and I get screwed cause I have insurance and she pretty much said yup, you have insurance so I can pretty much afford it. WTF.. YUP not going back here now cause I have insurance.**Have to give a big shout out to the team here! The Dr. actually listened and helped me. I went here twice and both times couldnt have gone any smoother. I used the appointment check in and when I got there it was within minutes before I went into the back to get seen. I have a lower back fusion that gets worse by the day and did not have insurance at the time to get my injections. The Dr. I saw was actually wanted to help me, not like other places that love to brush you off. He wanted to make sure that I was cared for. He was the same Dr. that saw me both times. Thank you for being professional and actually listening to me to help me in a proper manor. Hopefully now that I have insurance I wont have to come back, but if I ever do I will be going to you guys! Again thank you!

This is my horrific experience with "Francisco Amaya-Pinto MD." I had a very serious almost deadly accident in my semi truck and have been trying to find a specialist that takes my insurance but have been having a hard time and i have been in and out of the hospital so i decided to come here to save money and to get a refill on my pain and muscle relaxant meds that the hospital has been giving me until could find a specialist that takes my insurance and they tried to give me ibuprofen and he said they dont do narcotics here and i told him i came here for help and your not going to help me?, what a joke this place is. Then he accused me of being a drug addict and said he was going to search me in the system to see if i was lying and abusing drugs while being very rude i told him go ahead and pull my hospital records. He then left for half and hour and finally sent a lady in and actually gave me pain and muscle relaxers after he specifically lied to my face and said they dont prescribe narcotic meds. Stay away unless you want to waste money on ibuprofen and be lied to and be treated like your a drug addict. Worse experience ever, you are better off going to the ER. I do want to say all the nurses were very sweet and kind.
