Worst clinic ever. They hold their patients to a ridiculous standard I overheard them turn away a patient because she was 10 minutes late even though she called. They call you to confirm a day ahead that you are going to be there but dont bother to tell you that they are no longer taking your insurance. I get there and they tell me that my insurance is not valid. Now couldnt they tell me this over the phone yesterday that way I didnt miss work or at least find a doctor thats in my coverage. Now Ive been waiting 40 minutes to get my own file and the test results that I was suppose to discuss with my doctor. Dont waste your time go anywhere else but here

I had an appointment once but the doctor called in sick. They didnt even bother to call and let me know to reschedule. Most of the time I call to schedule an appointment, I have to wait until the following month to be seen. Came late one time and was told I couldnt be seen at all. The worst!!!!

Both ultrasound appointments I have had there have been rushed and the technician was not friendly at all. She didnt take the time to explain anything or conversate or inform me about what was on the screen whatsoever. Overall the baseline location is terrible. I wouldnt recommend it.

So I love the nurses and my doctor but at my 30 week ultrasound that ultrasound tech wasnt very nice and didnt even let my husband see the baby. I wanted to cry. She rushed threw and did it in 5 min.
