No Service! Turns out the hours posted are not their hours of service. I dropped a large object on my foot and was pretty sure it was broken so I looked online and saw their hours are 8-5. I arrived at the clinic at 4:23, told the person at the front desk what happened, and she told me the xray tech was leaving at 4:30 so all I could do was see a doctor. When I told her that didnt help me, that I would most definitely need xrays, she said the xray tech left at 4:30, as if I didnt hear her the 1st time. I asked if she would talk with the doctor to ask if I could see the tech first, she then said it would take me more than 7 minutes to fill out the paperwork and that I wouldnt have time to see anyone before 4:30. Apparently, the front desk person, who, based on her grammar has less than a high school diploma, makes office decisions, not a competent office manager or the highly educated and trained doctors. Needless to say, I left without seeing a doctor or getting xrays. I did suggest that they post their hours as 8-4:30 or they actually provide all services until the closing time. Weve all been to businesses who stay late to accommodate the customer, you would think a health care provider would do the same, especially if the patient is in the office prior to the posted hours of service. Concentra apparently does not accommodate the patient, just the hours of their non-customer service oriented staff. Good to know, there are other Urgent Care facilities available, now I know this is not one that I care to go back to.

Went in for a DOT physical, was given a 3 month card, because the rude staff laughed in my face saying I was disgustingly fat. Now I have always been a bigger guy, but they told me that because of that, no ifs, ands, or buts, I had sleep apnea. Funny, I went to a different clinic, and was given a full 2 year medical card. OOIDA informed me that Concentra was being paid to claim drivers have things wrong with them that isnt true. I will never return, and will encourage other drivers to go elsewhere. I know that Marten Transport is also in their pocket to push drivers into things that violate federal laws, such as DNRs. I hope Concentra goes under for their crooked ways. The staff here is extremely rude and very unprofessional.

First time going to this location, did not appreciate the waiting and the front desk customer service having a personal conversation, then when I was taken to the back , the assistant helping me was not informative as to why and what I was going to do, them I was taken to a room for blood work and assistant seemed nervous and I had to wait longer than what I wanted, I did not like how unprofessional and not informative these people are. Need to improve communication and attending faster

Probably the most horrible place for care. Waited an hour in a cold room just for them to tell me that my claim was denied and come back with a paper I was supposed to receive in the mail. They couldnt have called me in advanced to tell me to bring it and instead they waste my time and the time of other people waiting for a room. I also saw bugs crawling through cracks in the room i was held in

Very quick to get seen. Easy access with the truck. Parking along the street that is adjacent to the clinic. The staff was friendly and didnt waste any time. The doc was in and out..... not what were used to for physicals! Got there before 8 am and the doors were already open to check in. Most definitely the place well go for our next DOTs!!

I hurt my back and went to them the workers there are very pleasant and professional but when the Dr. came to see me he just said lean forward a little which was hurting me bad and said that I just strained my back gave me medication that doesnt even help been two days and still in so much pain and cant even work disappointed with the service

Could not even schedule with these people. Tried to call, some woman answered and i asked for pre-employment screening asap, preferably that day as i got my package on Saturday and needed it within 72hrs. Per this chipper and pleasant individual "we do not do same day and we cannot get you in this week at all" and hung up. Great place.

Tried to get my dot physical, which i have had my CDL for 15 years. Have never had a issue with my medical condition with any of my reexamination. Now all of a sudden, 15 years later, I need to go get MRI and my medical card should only be good for 1 year instead of 2. Confused.

Bad phone experience when trying to make an appointment. Sounds like I will be cattled in and not sure when I will be seen. I will see if my company has another company to provide that service. I was hoping for something better after reading reviews but results were nil.

4 hours for a DOT physical exam. I have been to your facilities across the country with different trucking companies. pleased have some respect for our time. Plus every time I have been to one of your place I end up sick. Your places are dirty, staff rude and slow.

Most unprofessional business, myself and many others waiting here since before opening 5+ hours withouto any chance to go get any food or drink. They wont allow pepole to leave to get food because of the chance of losing your position.

Dr came in the room to see me for a dollow up and excused himself 2 minutes later to talk to his crew about a pot luck..could have at least finished my follow up first.. am very unhappy

Booked an appointment at 11:30 didnt get into a room till 2 oclock and still had to wait an hour to get my dot physical done very unhappy will take my business some where else
