My daughter, second grader, was in a school bus accident and hit her head on the seat in front of her and was complaining of a headache. We took her in as a precaution, 10 hours later, because she kept complaining that her head hurt throughout the day. We have never been so insulted before! The doctor, Dr. Stiles?, and the nurse were so rude. They made us feel like we were hypochondriac parents for taking the precaution of bringing her in. They proceeded to give us a "physics lesson" about why our daughter couldnt actually be hurt because of the size of the bus vs. the size of the car involved instead of focusing on making sure she was ok. Absolutely ridiculous! The doctor made us actually feel stupid for bringing her in! You should never treat a patient that way. If I need to go to the E.R. ever again, which rarely happens, I will continue to another hospital.

When I went in there were bugs crawling on the walls (I have photos) and the lady who did my IV (not sure if it was normal or not to be honest!) had put it in (it might have hit a nerve) and my bicep went rigid and was very tight, my fingers in my hand were also going numb. When I asked a random RN in the hallway if she could please just take it out because it was hurting my arm (and the fuids hurt too) she was very kind and said shed find my nurse who ended up not coming back. I had a new nurse, Sarah, come in. Let me tell you she is the ONLY reason i would give any stars(along with the sweet nurse in the hallway) . She definitely empathized with me and was so extremely kind to me it put me to tears. The dr visit is so short and the tech ends up telling you whats wrong before he does

I went to this location for the first time since living in the area, last night. I walked into a very clean facility with friendly employees - immediately greeted by the security officer and then helped by a very kind woman with a smile, at check-in. I was the only person waiting and therefore quickly taken back. Each and every person involved in my care was so kind and attentive; which In my experience is refreshing in this industry. Georgette was my nurse and was friendly, thorough and attentive to my needs. I was seen by Mary Patricia Nesbit, PA and she was so incredibly concerned and insanely comforting. Never once did she make me feel like "just another patient". If I have a need for an ER in the future, I will DEFINITELY be back to this location regardless of where we are.

Went to the E.R with my mom since she was having chest, shoulder and back pain, waited over 3 hours for the doctor to even come in and the nurses barely came in to even check on her. We told the doctor that she had surgery on her shoulder last year and the cause was because she was a pianist, she has been playing for over 30 years which was the cause but the doctor didnt even take her seriously saying hes never heard of anything like that. The nurses were clearly too busy talking and laughing with each other instead of checking in with patients. When I was rushed to the Mayo Clinic, all the doctors and nurses were fast and helpful but here, it was just a mess. I am never coming here again.

I called to set up an appointment and was treated very rudely and told that they would not make an appointment with me at this time. Its as if my care isnt important. The test was to determine if my kidneys are working or not. Its very important. Im calling my doctor in the morning to have my order sent to Southwest Medical Imaging & Labs (SMIL) instead. Theyre much more caring and professional.

I must say after reading the reviews online I was not sure what to expect when I showed up. I didnt wait at all once I checked in. The Dr. Was quick and very nice. My Nurse was awesome as well. She was on top of things when I needed them. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone, and if I ever have an emergency again, Id go in without hesitation. Thank you for helping me get better!

I had to have a couple of CAT scans done due to my back injury. When we arrived they greeted us in a very professional manner, and they had the most professional staff that I have ever had the experience of dealing with. I was treated with the upmost respect, and if I ever needed to go the ER again, Sonoran ER would definitely be my 1st preference!

Went in because of a possible torn bicep tendon. Couldnt do anything probably not the hospitals fault but couldnt do an MRI because of radiology being closed couldnt do anything had to get everything okayed by insurance first and everything was closed. Pretty much a waste of time. Staff was nice though.

My wife was treated horribly by the staff, when I complained and asked for her records (might have raised my voice but no threats or screaming or anything) I was to never come back there or Id be arrested. Not sure where to go if I have an emergency now.

Overall my experience was great. They were very attentive during check and the during my imaging procedure. If you call them with a concern they will handle it for you. The staff there is great.

Maybe 3 am is the best time to go! My daughter was treated very quickly and courteously for an ear infection, that perforated one eardrum, and was close to the same in the other. Thanks guys!

Everybody was really nice in the ER except for Dr Mann. He was very rude and didnt let us ask questions. He treated my wife as if she was stupid for falling and hurting herself.
