I took a client to this location today for an appt. Talk about a well run machine! The staff were quick to assist us and friendly. The building was clean and there were ample spots for people to sit and wait. And free wifi?! Cant beat that. My brother is a Purple Heart veteran, so my family knows the struggles of dealing with VA clinics, getting appts., waiting, etc. This is the best one I have seen and been to. Thank you to the staff there for being so quick and efficient with my client!

I have just started going to this clinic within the past 6 months. Everyone there is very courteous and helpful. All of my appointments have been on time and I was even able to get into radiology for an earlier appointment than mine was scheduled for just by letting them know I was there early. Dr. Ruben is an excellent, thorough and very practical doctor. She simply wants to help you out and will work hard to get you to the right specialists for whatever you need.

Woman in records is a smart ass and very rude. I asked her how long it would be and her response was "Whats a long time to you?" Excuse me? Seriously? Correct answer honey is a length of time, preferably in minutes. Let me really break it down for you. Joe Customer: How long will it be? Rude employee: Whats a long time to you? Polite employee: 5 minutes, Sir. 10 at the most. Polite employee answer would have got the VA Clinic a 5 star review.

Roll the dice, Ive spent 30 minutes upto 3 hours at an appt here, today was 45 minutes after i saw the nurse.good days and bad days. Some doctors really suck at compassion or even talking to you, more like they talk down to you. When the VA schedules appts, they should space them far enough apart they to allow time between patients..just a suggestion. The nurses seem attentive and helpful. The guy selling hats at the entrance is super friendly though.

We had our first visit to this facility today and were VERY impressed. All staff were friendly, helpful and did all they could to help. Plus, service was quick.....1 hour and 20 minutes door to door. AND that was for Urgent Care. We are looking forward to working with these great people.

Everytime I have an appointment, I dont have to wait very long. The majority of the employees are extremely helpful and curtious. Especially the veteran reps located near the canteen. Thanks to all of them for a job well done.

The Veterans Administration overall has been wonderful. Everyone Ive come in contact with in both New Port Richey and Tampa have been great. Very kind and considerate. Very willing and helpful. I cant say enough about them.
