When comparing Dr. Tran to other dentists Ive had, I notice one key difference: the mood. With other dentists, you usually get small talk to pass the time in which you get whatever needs to be done with your teeth, a reprimanding if you had anything wrong with your teeth, and youre out the door. With Dr. Tran, however, you feel at home in his office. He doesnt just want to clean your teeth, he wants you to enjoy the experience. His chairs, when leaned back allow you to watch television, or some kind of program, as you are having your teeth cleaned, which tells me that he wants you to be as comfortable as possible. Not only that, but when it comes to the work being done, he usually has one of his assistants, whom are wonderful in their own rights, have the basic work done, and when that is finished, Dr. Tran will come in to check in with you on a personal level and, for me, that speaks a lot to the care he wants to give. In short, while most dentists know youll need them, Dr. Tran WANTS you to come back, not only for the pay that comes with the visit, but because he genuinely wants to make sure you are doing good. Highly recommend this man as a potential dentist.

Dr. Tran and his staff are wonderful! They are all very friendly, and every time I go for an appointment, I never have to wait very long. Fatima, Dr. Trans dental hygienist, is extremely sweet and puts me at ease while shes cleaning my teeth! They have Saturday appointments which is a definite plus for me with my hectic work schedule! My experience with Dr. Tran, Tonya, Ashlee and Stacy has been fantastic! They are all friendly, engaging, gentle and experienced. I always have a worry free experience. They are always more than happy to walk me through step by step of ANY procedure. I am a VERY happy and satisfied customer with healthy teeth.

Dr. Tran is the best dentist Ive been to in my 42 years. Ive followed him since he was with a practice in Plano, TX before he opened Firewheel Smiles in Garland. The Dental Hygienists and staff there are very friendly and theres very little wait after you arrive. My search for the right dentist is over!

Dr. Tran and his staff are the best! He doesnt go after your money like other dentist Ive been to in the past. Also, they are kids friendly. I bring my 5 year old for his teeth cleaning and he loves it here. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tran is excellent at what he does. His assistant is a hoot. Fun to talk to. The girls at the front desk know what they are doing. Im never kept waiting. They all make a great team. I highly recommend Firewheel Smiles.
