I absolutely love these people! Everyone here is super nice and Dr. Tran has such great bedside table manners. None of them pressure me into doing anything I feel uncomfortable doing. The last dentist I had went to just make me feel like they were trying to have me get as much done as possible so I would spend $$$. Never really explained me why I really needed anything done. As for Dr. Tran and his staff all of them were able to explain to me what was going on. Help me feel comfortable with asking questions. If I wasnt able to follow them for whatever reason they would explain in another way that I was able to understand. Over all my experiences here has been pretty awesome. I use to hate going to the dentist and now I really don’t mind one bit! Oh yea his prices are very reasonable too!!

Fabulous practice! When my wife and I moved to TX from IL, we went to Firewheel Smiles because it was close to our house. My wife was a dental hygienist herself, so shes particular about the type of practice she will visit for her own dental health. Weve now been coming here for almost two years for a variety of reasons. Theyre fast - we dont have to wait in the waiting room for hours. Theyre honest and fair - they dont recommend treatment based on making money. They truly do what is best for you and provide all the options. Lastly, everyone there is extremely nice!! Take from someone who works in this field, Firewheel Smiles is top notch practice and you wont be disappointed.

Im so glad I was able to meet Dr Tran and his stuff. He was always trying to save my teeth instead of just Pulling them out as another doctor would do. The prices at Firewheel Smiles are reasonable. If you have an appointment at 10a.m. you can be sure you will actually be seen at 10 a.m. His nurse Tonya is the sweetest one I have ever met. No pain, no worries, the most pleasant experience with dental office i have ever had! I was glad to highly recommend Dr Tran to my husband, I will take my daughter to see him, and definitely recommend to all my friends! Thank you Firewheel Smiles for a great job you do!!!

Dr.Tran and staff are amazing! It had been sometime since I had been to a dentist because I had a new network and then before had lapse in insurance. I went in for a consult/exam and fell in love with the staff and office. The entire visit was never the norm that you cringe about and we even were laughing together as I had teeth pulled!.... Not many people can say that. I look forward to seeing the final result of his work through the ortho. Dr. Tran is amazing and the office is very good about explaining treatment cost and time up front. I honestly can say I LOVE my dentist!

Couldnt have asked for a better experience. Everyone was caring, fun AND professional. Very little wait time. Was given multiple options for my situation rather than being FORCED into the most expensive. Dr Tran was honest with me about everything that was going on with my teeth but left the final decision completely up to me rather than making me feel I HAD to have this done NOW or else. I have worked in the medical field for many years and know that although Dr. Tran may be young, he definitely knows his stuff. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

They worked me in when a chipped wisdom tooth was getting infected. The front office (Marissa?) was incredibly nice on the phone and when I arrived, everyone in the office was extremely kind, caring and friendly. Dr. Tran explained what needs to be done and I could not be happier with every step of dealing with the office - from the first phone call to checkout. As a bonus, their waiting room furniture is the most comfortable of any medical or dental practice Ive ever been to, along with a great selection of magazines.

Firewheel smiles is The best place Ive ever got dental work The best place Ive ever got dental work out done at. The doctor and nurses are very caring talkative and fun. Also I want to say the work is top notch. They do not keep you waiting and get right to business and everything is very clean. Give fire will smiles a try if you need good dental work . I just went in the other day for a filling, and the doctor asked me to write this review but he really deserves it great people.

Moved here from out of state almost a year ago and had the same dentist back home all my life, so finding a new dentist worried me...especially being that Ive never liked going to the dentist to begin with. Picked this office based on reviews, distance, and being in-network under my insurance...& then crossed my fingers, praying for a pleasant experience. Very pleased with my now 2 experiences and the hygentist (I think her name is Fatima) is AWESOME! :)

The whole staff is very friendly and focused on your needs. I always feel every diagnosis is for my health and not for their profit. I have never been pressured to accept a treatment I was not in favor of undergoing. The staff is always willing to explain the options available. I have never left the office feeling that I could have gone some where else to receive better treatment. All in all, this is a recommended dental office.

I was visiting families in Dallas when my crown fell out. I needed a dentist and it was Friday evening. Luckily, I found Dr. Tran. He was the only dentist that was opened on Saturday. He worked me into his schedule and his staff were so nice, friendly and professional. As a matter of fact, Dr. Tran and his staff were nicer than my regular dentist. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran to anyone. Thank you Dr. Tran and staff!!

Dr. Stephen Tran is a GREAT Dentist. I left his office after spending 1 1/2 hours in the chair. It was for a root canal and crown impression. After the visit and the numbness wore off, I had ZERO pain. Everyone was so nice and made me really feel calm and comfortable. I had less than a five minute wait and I am very pleased. I would highly recommend this office to anyone. Thank you Firewheel Smiles!

Although it is very difficult for me to say I "loved" going to the dentist, I had a wonderful experience. Dr. Tran always works to keep me comfortable and feeling no pain. I really appreciate how he remembers his patients and details about their lives. The staff is so helpful and fun to talk to. Totally recommend Firewheel Smiles for those who find going to the dentist a very scary prospect.

These guys are the best I have used in DFW. I have had some botched root canals and crowns and some mediocre work in general by some clinics that simply dont care. NOT the case with Dr Tran. What you get here is meticulous work with unmatched competency. They came in under the original estimate too. Love these guys! Highly recommend them.
