Weve done the large chains, the "good" ones referred to us in Allen, and I think weve finally found the best dentist yet. Absolutely no feeling that were "just a way to get more money" like we had with the dentist in Allen. He honest cares, and he puts the patient first. Its obvious in the way he operates and greets you (go to him once, youll see immediately what I mean!). What other dentist personally greets you when you walk in? and drops other tasks immediately if you have questions? Dr Patel did, and it really impressed me. The other thing I was worried about was that being a small shop meant old equipment. Not so, everything is quite new and current. Id say if you arent totally satisfied with your dentist, at least try Dr Patel for a cleaning. Im pretty sure youll switch! -=RB

I would do a zero if I could. The absolute worst dentist I have every been to and I am 63 years old. My daughter and I went on the same day and we both had infections. He then prescribed antibiotics. My crown and bridge broke within four years. The crown did not meet my gums and I asked him about this as my other crowns did. He said they would grow over the crown well they did not. Two dentist have told me this was not true. So everything got caught there. My daughter had a root canal and still had pain. Another dentist said part of the root was still in there and had to remove it. He is expensive and will take your money and then you will have to turn around and spend more money on the same teeth. Oh and dont forget infection.

I have been going to Dr. Patel for the last 6 years now. His office has always been very inviting and very friendly over the years. One of my favorite experiences with this office is the professional atmosphere while maintaining a level of fun. Dentist tend to make me nervous and theyve always managed to help calm me before any procedure. Id like to thank Dr. Patel and his friendly staff for the great service.
