My wife was admitted on 16 Sep 08 for 6 days of hospitalization. The nursing staff was exceptionally outstanding. ALL of the staff (from admissions to house cleaning to the physical therapists) were courteous, friendly, professional, caring and considerate. The facility was clean. The parking is great. The location is fantastic (right off the I-10 freeway, very convenient). Even the food was outstanding! Its a small hospital (very cozy) and would recommend it to anyone. We would have no problems with going there again.

I went in today early around 8, but the doctor was kept with an emergency, so I had to come back at 11. Thats okay, I figured, I dont have an appointment, what can I expect? But they graciously gave me a voucher for the inconvinence, which was so appreciated and unexpected. When I went back a little before 11, everyone I saw and interacted with were so kind during my visit. I felt very well cared for, and I cannot say enough just how much easier the whole experience was because of their wonderful staff!
