I like friendly doctors who really care about their patients and Dr. Larsen is definitely not one. I went here several times complaining of side pains. Every time I went he prodded me a bit and asked me to pee in a cup and that was usually the extent of my visit. I visited him again after a car accident and told him my side was hurting worse. He referred me to a back massager even though I told him it wasnt muscle pain. I really knew he didnt care for me as a person when I shared some personal information with him and he made it a part of my permanent health records. I would not share private info with this doctor and if you looking for someone with your best interest in mind keep looking.

Everyone here seems to be more interested in getting you in and out, rather than diagnosing and efficiently treating. Dr Norton, while nice, in so many ways she gives you that "hurry up, I have something else to do" feel.There are two nurses who are abrupt and straight to the point, little to no smiling. Overall, not a general comfortable feeling. I even had to ask one to shut the door while we discussed my health. Ive been a patient here for years and am a person of habit, but its time to go else where. If you want to feel a personal connection with your physician and feel like they actually care about your health, this isnt the place. Ive had this experience more than once.

I love the location, very convenient to my home. The sign in staff is welcoming & very pleasant. Waiting area is very bright & clean. The lab nurse shows concern & puts me at ease. Dr. Nortons nurse is efficient & works quickly. The questions that she can answer are answered without hesitation. Dr. Norton is very helpful & knowledgeable. She gives details that I can understand & always answer my questions to my satisfaction. She makes the necessary referrals to specialists for my well being. Any medication concerns from pharmacy are handled promptly. I am very pleased.

Totally my personal option, The upfront staff is alright, you are greeted, the lobby is normally quite, there are two main Drs to this practice. I have Dr Norman she is kind, however I somwhat feel like she is rushed when I see her, I do enjoy her nurse, I am able to have a very detailed conversation about my symptoms. My husband has Dr Larsen, he says he is a good listener and so far he enjoys his Primary care physician. I did notice the rooms being a bit dated and not as clean as I would like. Overall the practice is alright, normal wait time is average.

I hate that I have to even write this because Ive been going to Dr Norton for many, many years now. Almost everyone here is great including Dr Norton herself. However, Ive had several encounters with her nurse where she made me feel really uncomfortable. Shes very sarcastic & unfriendly towards me. Im not sure why the experience has been that way with me specifically especially on more than one occasion. However, I would hope that it changes soon because I would not want the reputation for this place to become jeopardized due to just one person.

Love this place. My mom and dad went there before they passed. Been going for years. They are the best doctors you could ever ask for. Now my husband goes and myself. Love Dr. Larsen. They are a great staff and they are very concerned about your situation. They are affordable.... :)

Dr. Larsen and his staff are excellent. Ive never been to a physicians office with such a high level of customer service. They are very prompt, efficient and will bend over backwards to help you.

In my experience, they are not very thorough. They love to treat your symptoms and get you out of there, but they can never take the time needed to find the CAUSE of your symptoms.
