I really gave this office a try. Took my 1 year old to see Dr. Brauning. She was very nice an patient! My vegan son was starting to fall in his weight percentage (from 75% to 65%, but he was a very early walker) but was still gaining weight. She said if he didnt gain more weight then we needed to start feeding him cheese. I was so disappointed by this insensitive comment and cant believe it came from a doctor. There are so many other plant based fat options. Its sad when a Dr doesnt make an effort to support informed decisions. Nonetheless I decided to stick with the practice. Several months later my son got a very high fever and we needed to set an emergency appointment. When I called the office said I needed to wait a week... WHAT? This was my sign that I needed to find a pediatrician. Several months later I decided to set an appointment for myself. I waited over a month to get in. That morning I had a difficult time getting out the house (child meltdowns, etc.) so I was 6 minutes late. The office told me that since I didnt have the new patient paperwork (which no one told me about when scheduling my appointment) they couldnt see me and I was turned away. Im done with this practice.

Staff incompetent, Dr Knox awful bedside manner. She doesnt listen and she will change medications for no reason. Her nurse is ridiculous. And she violates HIPPA. She yelled out private information about me while patients were in the waiting room. I had a question after my visit. I walked back in and the nurse came out and said "Dr. Knox doesnt have anymore time to talk with me". Dr. Knox also told me to email her if a med did not work and she would change it. I did as instructed and she emailed back "there is nothing I can do. You have to come in for a visit". Really??? Why tell me to email my issue when youre not going to do anything. The whole operation is a joke. If you can go somewhere else, I urge you to do so. They also wrote the wrong prescription 2 times. When I told them, they said it would take several days before a new script would be ready. Again, really??? When they made the mistake. Thank God I found another doctor. The difference is like night to day. My new office is PHENOMENAL.

DO NOT waste your time here. This was the worst doctor experience Ive ever had. Dr Mack was awful. Anytime you go to a doctor for some kind of anxiety relief and he turns to Google while prescribing the same preventative youve already tried and stated it did nothing, walk out and never go back. I would NOT recommend this place or him to anyone. He did the same with my migraine prevention.

These people take care of me all the time! I appreciate how flexible they are for me & the services that they offer. I stayed sick a lot where I had to come in a lot. They remembered me to where I didnt even have to sign in lol. That made me feel very welcomed. I would recommend them to anyone thats looking for a doctor in the Charlotte-Metro area.

I love this clinic and Dr. Brauning. I find the staff friendly, courteous, and professional. Dr. Brauning takes time to listen, which is rare among physicians these days. I feel like she sees ME and not just my symptoms. I have recommended her to friends and will continue to do so!

I absolutely love the staff, my Doctor, her Assistant & the lab techs. Theyre kind, sweet, knowledgeable and get me in as quickly as humanly possible. And Im Medicaid. I cant even begin to imagine what they do for patients with fully paying insurance.

Dr Mack is awesome!!! Spends the time to really try and figure out the best way to treat you. The rest of the staff is friendly and I can usually get an appointment any day I need. Ive been there for 6 years.

Terrible experience. Office Manager, Katie Allen, was unresponsive for months regarding an issue I had with a bill, regardless of the countless voicemails I left. Will never use this practice again.
