The doctor was nice but, I felt as tho they did not have time for me. They said they didnt have time for a physical and my health concerns only one or the other. So i chose health concerns well they only had time for one of my health concerns so they chose my migraines. I have not been to the doctor in many years so i figured i would have received a urinalysis and blood test but, they did not. As this was my first visit in many years to a doctor i left disappointed not knowing whether i was healthy or not.

I have had Dr. Marshall McMillan as my primary doctor for many years. He is very nice and personable. I have had seen many doctors over the years and he is the best. He has a very good bed side manner and spends as much time as is needed with me. He always enters the room with a smile on his face and has a good sense of humor. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Only one problem- he has so many patients that love him, it may take a few weeks to set up an initial appointment. He is that popular!

I saw Kathleen Keller a few weeks ago. She was great! She put my mind at ease. I was so nervous for my appointment but her calming spirit and bedside manner instantly made me relaxed and comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone. Super impressed. I work for a DR and our goal is to show patients we care and I felt like the staff at crown point genuinely cared about me. She took the time to make sure all my questions were answered and she even emailed me my lab results the very next day!

My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Hondros at this facility for more than 2 years and would highly recommend him. He is a wonderful doctor and we wouldnt consider going to anyone else. We have also recommended several patients to him, and they feel the same as we do. He is very caring and gets things done in a timely manner. We need more doctrs such as Dr. Hondros. I have been a patient of Dr.McMillans for as long as I can remember. He is the most amazing person as well as the GREATEST doctor on the planet...he has always been there when we need him and dealt with whatever we have thrown at him. From kidney stones to broken bones....This man needs to be cloned the world could use a whole lot more of him...

I had an appointment today for the First time. The lady at the front was really nice & Welcoming. A few questions and forms to signs and was called back within 15 minutes. I saw April Corley. She was so sweet & took her time to actually listen to me. Im glad I changed my primary to Crownpoint Novant Health!! 5 Stars from me!!

The facility is very clean, the receptionists are very pleasant and upbeat. I love Dr. Corley she listened to me and actually gave me good advice on my situation and did what I asked for her to do. She wasnt snobby or in a rush she took her time and me feel like she cared.

Friendly people. If you need to choose a family doctor i recommend Dr. Graham. She always listens and has plenty of time for her patients . Ive also seen Dr. Corely and she is great too. Im pleased every time i go to the doctor.
