Terrible!! Do not waste your time. They do not return calls within 24-hours, and sometime never! The office lacks communication and will place you on hold only for someone else to answer and asks you the same questions over again. While on the phone with the third person asking me the same questions, the office calls me on the other line!! I finally hung up the phone. I am switching my provider ASAP! NO COMMUNICATION with EMPLOYEES or PATIENTS, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! SERVICE SUCKS! Not to mention spending more time in the waiting room only to have them to rush you out of your visit, without addressing your concerns!

I always have a great experience. Dr. Whitehead is the doctor I see. Shes great. Dr. Whitehead always take her time with me & listen to what I have to say. I like the fact that she tell me the truth & tell me exactly what she feel is best for me & also give options when available. Dr. Gross is my mom doctor. She has been seeing her for years. My mom thinks Dr. Gross is the best. Im so happy my mom has a doctor that really takes her time with her. She has helped my mom a great deal.

Dr Patel is awful. Not only did he try to treat me for "depression" several years ago after I told him I had a family history of thyroid issues, but he broke the Hipaa law by telling my mother that I was refusing depression meds. He would not check my thyroid. Thyroid issues can cause depression. Get up to date! I found out shortly after (from another doc) that I was severely hyperthyroid. It was so severe that they wanted to hospitalized me.

I went to cfp in 2013 because of a slip and fall on my left wrist they said it was a sprain and it would take 6 mos to a year to heal,come to find out 2mos later it was fracture all the time.Now I have prosthesis because of their misdianagnosed,and no one there is taking responsibility and now I am permanently damaged for the rest of my life and I am in pain everyday.

This drs office is horrible. We were the only people in the office and still waited 45 Minutes to see the doctor. Staff wasnt very pleasant to deal with had an attitude the whole time. This office has a few physicians and this only happens with dr gross. I have seen dr Lawson and Patel in the past and they have always been great. Will try again but not with Dr. Gross.

They treat my whole family, and I feel like they look after us as a family. Ive never called for a sick visit that I couldnt be worked in that day, sometimes within a couple of hours of my call. Dr. Lawson is very practical, and Dr. Patel is an excellent diagnostician. Marjorie Whitehead is very professional, and my children always remember Dixie the nurse.
