Have been going here for years and watched it go from great to terrible. I called today to get an appointment and was refused based on the fact that "they feel my problem would be better suited for ob-gyn and per the doctor they are unable to treat my issue" Mind you this is the same medical problem that has been dealt with at this office before. If there was something that I needed to go to my ob for then they would send me. So I called my ob and they tell me that I need to be seen at my family doctor. Memorial offers great services--especially with their mychart but it has gotten to the point where I have utilized urgent care more than my own family doctor. This is because it is almost impossible to get an appointment. Add the fact they are now refusing medical services --just not worth it.

Top notch, quick responding, exceptionally knowledgable, extremely professional, always friendly and outgoing staff. This practice has treated myself and my family very well. Until using your clinic, I hadnt felt comfortable with my physicians. I see Dr Johnson and I couldnt be happier. Thanks to all of you in the office!!!

Horrible! Fraudulant!! Went in for an annual physical and because the doctor asked me about my medical history it was listed as a complaint so charged a co-pay! Will NEVER go back to liars!!
