Our kitten has been through being stuck with dull needles not once but 2 or 3 times. Had a lump on his leg after a rabies vaccination, took him back and was reassured they were not going to stick him again, they took him and did a biopsy without saying anything. Then he got sick and they wanted to test him for leukemia after he had all his vaccines. We were on the fence about the declaw and now, totally regret it. He was not sent home with a cone and bit his paws, got infected, had to bring him back 2 more times and now nerve damage and pain. botched declaw. We would never go back to this vet. Our baby is only 6 months old now and been through all that.

Excellent service, the most fabulous staff Ive ever encountered. I have many animals and each one has been treated wonderfully! So caring and loving ti the animals, very clean! I was told by the emergency vet in Blaine that I would need to amputate my huskies leg after his leg broke, when I brought him to Oak Grove they did a wet to dry bandage that needed to be changed every other day, not only did they work with me to make the constant visits affordable, but theyre method worked! He is back to pulling like a sled dog! Truly amazing vets I would never go anywhere else.

Had a emergency with our new kitty after our dog bite her. We rushed in to Oak Grove animal hospital and they tended to her right away. They were comforting and great. We brought her back home that night but the next day we wanted them to check her out again. they said to just bring her in and they would help get her eat. These people are awesome! a true blessing!

I Was rushed by vet didnt answer all my questions and concerns... Mis diagnosis on my cat. Had to bring her somewhere else.. called and let them know and they didnt even call me back after the lady said she would after talking to the veterinarian that seen us...also didbt even offer to refund the money they took from me. :/ heartbreaking.

Our dog suffered an injury that either had to be treated at a high cost and low chance of recovery or we had to let him go because he was suffering. They were so supportive and sympathic. They helped us reach a difficult decision. Then helped us guide our darling over the Rainbow Bridge. Great staff that give clear information.

NEVER go to this place. Only if you want to be over charged for crappy health care. My cat went in for vomiting green bile. They sent us home with "stomach upset." Now 3 days later he is emergency surgery getting out an obstruction at a different hospital. Thanks for taking my money for nothing.

I have gone here for the past 2 years with my two dogs of my own. My family have gone here for the past 15+ years! They are amazing with all of our animals and yes they are a little bit on the expensive side but so worth it. Will definitely recommend them to everyone!!!

Have been taking our family pets here for years. Feel like one of the family! They take great care of you and unlike some doctors, they dont do unnecessary testing or procedures. They do a great job of keeping the owner in the loop.

If I could give zero stars I would! The staff is rude! Weve been there multiple time just thinking is was just "that one staff member" but its been all off them. I would rather drive a little father then be treated so poorly.
