I turned up at the office because I was worried about a sudden change in my vision. The people at the front desk recognized my symptoms, and Dr. Nguyen made time to see me, even though she was booked solid. She explained my condition very clearly and talked to me about my options. This is a friendly, responsible, knowledgeable place; they even understand my insurance (and I sure dont).

Documentation provided with your receipt says "Your order will be ready on ____." To bad company doesnt stand by what they put in writing. If you are in an emergency for glasses or even are expecting them in a timely fashion, not the place to go unless you have a month to wait for a pair of glasses because their lab continues to break the lenses for your glasses.
