STAY AWAY!!!! First of all, the front desk staff is extremely rude. For the first 5 minutes I was in there, all 4 of the people in the area made eye contact with me and ignored me. They were talking to each other like no one was even in there. Finally when I said "excuse me", the one woman rolled her eyes at me and said "can I help you," like I was interrupting her social hour. Then when someone finally was helping me, she told me as a new patient I had two options: 1. I could pay $100 dollars which includes an eye exam, contact fitting, and $50.00 towards my first purchase of contacts OR I could pay $150.00 dollars for an eye exam and a new pair of prescription glasses. I wear contacts so I chose the contacts deal. What they failed to mention is the fact that they were going to bill my insurance for the $50 dollars towards the contacts or the price of the glasses. So ultimately, their claim to my insurance was denied which is no surprise and I was stuck with a new bill of $50.00 that was supposed to go to my first purchase of contacts. My second concern is the cleanliness of the eye doctors and the clinic itself. Not only did the doctor examining me NOT wash her hands, but she did not wipe down the eye exam machine or wash her hands after she finished with me. Terrible, terrible experience. Will never return.

Ive gone here a few times over the years. There are several doctors in the practice and my experience has been very hit or miss, depending on which doctor examined me. I recently visited because I needed a new contact lens prescription. The doctor, Glasher I believe, was helpful and ordered a trial pair of contacts for me. After a few hiccups, I was finally given the trial and was told to return a week later for a checkup. Thats where things went downhill. I was seen by a different doctor, Mark Gordon, who I was told owns the practice. His attitude towards me was horrible. He repeatedly cut me off mid-sentence, disregarded my complaints about both my old contacts and the trial pair, and generally spoke to me like I was annoying him and wasting his time. I finally got up and left the exam room, telling him that I wouldnt be talked to in such a manner. *sigh* I tried to make an appointment with the original doctor, but Gordon told the assistant not to make it for me. Although this leaves me in a bit of a lurch, Id rather not patronize the practice anyway. Ill also contact my insurance provider to let them know about my experience.

The staff is not friendly or helpful. Never hello, my name is, etc. They sat there talking and laughing very very loudly like they were at a club. Very little selection for insurance coverage. I was so disgusted I walked out!
