My son, daughter, and I go to Dr. Lotz. We love him, and we love the practice. My daughter and I get our contact lenses and glasses there; the glasses are the latest style and there is a person there to fit them (I cant remember what that person is called, is it an ophthalmologist?). Anyway, they do a great job. We switched to them after our prior provider became difficult to work with and impossible to schedule an appointment with... we never have a problem with Dr.Lotzs office. We highly recommend them.

My 6 year old and I were very pleased. Everyone who assisted us were extremely friendly and helpful. They did an excellent job with my daughter who was very nervous. She was so happy at the end and is ready to wear her glasses! Dr. Lotz is very experienced and does a very thorough exam! He made my daughter laugh and smile the whole time. I have recommended their office several times since I left. Thank you Dr. Lotz and team! :)

Dr. Lotz is awesome but the people that work there are rude and their products are lousy. They have warranties but charge you to use the warranty if there products break due to faulty frames not the customer. They are snotty when you confront them on this issue. So beware if you buy your products from them. My suggestion is see Dr. lotz and go somewhere else to get your products.

Dr. Lotz and his staff are friendly and efficient at their job. The best eye doc experience Ive had in a very long time. They are so good that I drive over a half hour from Portsmouth now since I no longer live in South Suffolk, and I have no qualms about it! Top notch all the way around.

I have no problem with Dr. Lotz as an eye doctor. However, I have had repeated issues with the customer service. I will be changing doctors as the front staff is who I have to deal with most often. Extremely disappointed!

Dr. Lotz is a great optometrist and has a friendly, experienced staff. I will definitely return to his office the next time I need an eye exam and a new pair of glasses.

Punctuality is not their strong suit, so if you plan on making this a portion of your day and other things to accomplish then this office isnt for you
