I had a very good experience. As a retired OB/GYN physician I found the office to be well run. The the technicians very good. My Optometrist excellent. My only complaint would be the refraction charge. I am 73+ years old. I have worn glasses since I was 20. I have never been charge for refraction. It is only a small charge but has always been a part of the regular visit charge. It is especially annoying when I purchased my new glasses from your office. I usually go to Lens Crafters for my glasses.

Office staff was pleasant, cordial & helpful in knowing if my vision plan was accepted & told me how much would come out of my pocket after the discount on the phone when scheduling my appt.. Dr. Gemma Meadows had a soothing, professional & respectful manner. She was very methodical & thorough as was her assistant. Jeanne took the time after the appt. to check if the opthamologist they recommended for my cataract surgery was listed as a provider under my insurance plan! I felt well cared for!

I have been going to Eastern Eye Associates every since I moved to this area at least 9 years ago. I have ALWAYS found them to be highly professional and efficient. Dr. Mark Meadows took time and patience in fitting me with contact lenses. I was told by professionals in PA I could not be fitted with contacts due to cataract and lasik surgery. Well, he did it. I was very thankful for his time and patience. I do and have recommended this practice to my neighbors.

Our whole family goes to Eastern Eye Associates. They are very professional and friendly. The Optometrists listen intently if you have any unusual issues that need addressing. They are skilled and knowledgeable and seem to be regularly upgrading their technology. The front desk staff is efficient and helpful. Debbie is a wonderful asset to help with eye glass selection, fitting, and all things glasses. We will continue to go here for a long time to come.

This was my sons first experience having an eye exam. The staff at Eastern Eye Associates took the time to explain each procedure and why these procedures were necessary to help keep his eyes healthy. This really alleviated my sons anxiousness and put him at ease. Dr. Meadows and her staff were polite and knowledgable. If you are looking for an eye doctor for yourself and your family, I highly recommend giving Eastern Eye Associates a try!

They took the time to explain what they were doing and to answer my questions about particular eye care concerns. They were very soft sell on new glasses but still helpful with looking over what they had and reviewing my insurance coverage options. Would recommend them to other family members and friends.

Very personal service and they know their patients insurance coverages well. They did not try and sell me extras not covered on my insurance, unlike 2 other optometrists (that I wont mention) in Williamsburg. These professionals are the best in town. The office isnt fancy, but the service is!
