My friends were surprised I scheduled my eye exam at Walmart. I thought Id try it. I have to say that from the moment I walked into the HD "Eye Center" until I left, I was greeted and guided through the check-in, eyemappimg, exam, and even the checkout and payment process by charming people. It was obvious their job was personally "handle" customers and make them feel cared for as they moved through the process. Dr Shahi was wonderful and I have never had as high tech of an eye exam before and the post-exam briefing (using a map of the my entire eyeball and retina) was detailed and amazing...and on to of all this--it was fun and the price was right! Ill probably always use Walmarts High Def Eye Center from now on.

Better than Ever! Roxanne was the associate who took care of me. She went out of her way to assist me and make sure I got in to see the Doctor. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the Doctor Panjwani. I did not get the name of the tech who operated the new equipment. The presentation on the TV was both entertaining and informative. One of the best I have ever seen. I have been purchasing my eyeglasses at this walmart since the 90s.

First time eye exam for my daughter, went very well. The doctor took time to answer my daughters questions and treated her as if she were an adult. We especially appreciated that we were able to make a very last minute appointment, they worked with our schedule!

Wait time was no more than expected. Dr and other personnel were courteous, glasses actually came early. 4 stars because Im still in the "breaking" period for the new prescription and am not 100% sure of the accuracy yet.

I had such a wonderful time! The assistant was so helpful and friendly, my doctor she picked up on something during my exam and Im so grateful and she was was also very friendly, caring and understanding.
