First, they were accommodating for taking myself and my 4 children. Unfortunately, they were in the waiting room discussing the amount of chidren that I had and the supervisor said "thats sad." Even if it was sad, its more sad that grown adults are discussing my children amongst themselves as if they are providing food, shelter, clothing, or even GLASSES for them. But they did this right in front of my children and they assumed I didnt hear them. Mistake. Big one. Secondly, I have to admit, the doctor was absolutely pleasant, understanding, and kind to myself and my FOUR "SAD" CHILDREN. needless to say, Dr. Lenos practice would thrive with the right staff. The only reason they get three stars is because of Ms. Tina (who also deserves five stars), the doctor, and the fact that they accommodated all of us....Im pretty disappointed that the front staff ladies spoke poorly about us....furthermore, my four children can speak clearly, are immaculately clean, and intelligent, so....in Westside shopping center, I doubt that we are the only "SAD" family they have seen before......perhaps we are the new kind of "Sad..." ....... Update* Ms. Brown called me the day after my Google review and said she needed clarity on what happened. I stated that I was very clear on what happened in my review. She ventured on to say "I dont believe our staff would talk about you and your children...." .....never once did I get an apology from her. Instead, I got questioned about the validity of my review.....awful

This place has terrible for customer service i waited 2 weeks for my glasses and when i got them they were the wrong prescription and they told me i had to keep them for a week before I can bring them back. Then i take them back after 7 days and they redone my eye test and the older guy in the back pinched my eyelid and did not apologize. If you want to do business with a place that dont care about there customers, then this is the place 4 you. I dont recommend this place to worst enemy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely long wait three hours one visit two hours second visit and was not seen either time. Unprofessional atmosphere. Assistants arguing with each other in front of patients. Not knowing enough to navigate threw theyre own system. Not locating patient records until patient contacts insurance company. Billing insurance even when not seen. Doctor always late coming in. Doctor has very nasty disposition. Neither location is worth even being open.

Ive been going to Dr.Leno for about 2 years. I never knew that getting a eye exam could show stress behind my eyeballs which couldve led to a tumor. He is really great with my kids and I appreciate his hard work and dedication to his patients. All around Great Customer Service. I recommend anyone who askes about where I go for my nice glasses.

My experience at Sanaga optical was wonderful, I was a little nervous at first but soon as you walk in Miss Jackie greeted me with a smile and made my time there GREAT. The doctor there is very professional and knowledgeable, I see myself going there for years to come.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. This company does not live up to their word. I was told that I would get my glasses 7-10 work days. Its been three weeks & I still have not received my glasses.Beware ppl, dont shop here

This place is the worst. Waited an hour, two weeks in a row . the owner was an hour late . the next week another doctor arrived to work late. This time I left after 40 min.
