Of all the specialty locations and providers I have had personal experience with, I have never experienced such unconditional positive regard and true customer service. The staff in itself makes me want to return every time. I always feel important and treated with individual care and attention by each staff member. And Dr. Segeleon is a real diamond in the rough when it comes to medical care! I have had several vision concerns in between my annual visits, both times I was made an appointment asap and another time seen during my visit to pick up glasses. He has cumulatively spent several hours with me during these visits to make sure that he was able to find a solution to my issues. He did this not to make extra income, not to get me to buy more eyeglasses or prescriptions, but because his true passion lies in helping others live a more fulfilling life! I am still blown away by his true care and concern for his patients. I am still bringing in my eyeglasses with previous prescriptions to update them with my new lenses, and I have referred my family to him as well, because I want to give him as much of my business as possible! He is truly a wonderful medical provider.

Dr. Segeleon and his team are awesome! Ive been a patient at this practice for many years and though Ive since moved over 50 miles away, I still come to CEC for all my eye care needs. You will not find better than this practice in terms of patient care from both the doctor and staff, dedication to doing what is right for the patient, flexibility, respect for your time, and cost. I have my yearly checks done here, purchased glasses/frames and contacts (at a surprisingly reasonable cost - no insane markups), and recently was squeezed in for an issue even though the doctor had a full schedule. The team is genuinely concerned about your well-being and it shows. I recommend CEC to everyone I know - you will not find better!!

A quality optometrist. Dr. Segeleon speaks very honestly and to-the-point. He will spend as much time as necessary with each individual patient, and thoroughly explains everything hes doing and why hes doing it. The office staff is professional, nice and very helpful. They offer coffee and water while youre waiting (which you can bring in with you to the exam room). My time at the eye doctor is now more of a pleasant, informative conversation than a trip to the doctors office. They offered me some credit for an unused box of non-expired contact lenses that I had from my previous doctor. Highly recommended to anyone seeking quality eyecare.

From the moment I walked through the door and checked-in for my appointment I had an excellent experience, and felt very well cared for by every member of the office staff. Theyre very professional, friendly, and respectful. The facility is state of the art: spacious, bright and modern and very clean. I felt I received a very thorough and accurate examination not only because of the high tech equipment, but also the female optometrist and the technician were confident, knowledgeable, and made me feel very comfortable the entire time. Best eye exam ever.

I have been exceedingly pleased with the quality and outstanding service provided by the doctor and staff. This is what customer service SHOULD be! When I called to re-order contacts right before the holidays, they were kind enough to provide me with samples to help me through the delay in the order....free of charge! They are also the first place I have visited in the last 20 years who took the time to ensure I had a proper contact fit for a somewhat flat cornea. I recommend them to anyone who expresses a need for a vision provider!!

While traveling with family to Williamsburg, I developed a deep stye in my right eye. My eye was virtually swollen shut. I needed medical attention and googled eye doctors in Williamsburg and saw Dr. Segeleons excellent reviews. I was able to get an appointment that very day I called. Dr. Segeleon was most gracious to see me on such short notice and saved my vacation. He was professional, knowledgeable, and he and his staff were very accomodating. I would recommend him to anyone needing eye care while in the Williamsurg area.

The care I have received at Colonial Eye Care has always been thorough. No matter how long its been since visiting, they know me by name and always with a smile! They have always treated me with respect and kindness- which should not be taken for granted. My visits are efficient. My appointment has lightning speed, but the staff handles their clients with grace. I never feel rushed! Of all the optometrist offices I have been to, Colonial Eye Care has been by far the consistently best experience.

Great Practice, Dr. Segeleon is very personable and approachable. He worked very hard to find the right contacts for me. He makes sure you are completely satisfied with your lenses. The staff are very nice. The only downside is he does not have a large selection of glasses and the ones they do carry are on the Expensive side. But I have never met nicer office staff, and I have never been so comfortable getting an eye exam. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I have never worn eye glasses in my life, but I knew I probably needed them. My appointment with the doctor was beyond pleasant. It was extremely informative. He thoroughly explained everything and made the appropriate suggestions. I appreciate anyone that puts as much care in to their job as he does. The one thing that I loved was how he adjusted my glasses for the way I work, he made no assumptions. I would recommend him to everyone.

This was my first eye exam, so I wasnt quite sure what to expect....I was very impressed with the equipment, seems state of the art. The office looks nice, clean and contemporary. Dr Segeleon took plenty of time with my exam, and explained what he was doing at each step. I appreciate a doctor and staff who do not rush me through, but take the time for individual attention. I have already recommended the office to several friends.

Colonial Eye Care is everything you will ever need for your eye care. The staff are wonderful and are always smiling and helpful. Dr. Segeleon is by far the best eye doctor I have ever been to and Im nearing 60. He always takes time to explain what he is doing and is genuinely concerned about eye health and preventing eye disease. My husband and I are extremely blessed that Colonial Eye Care came to Williamsburg, VA!

LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE!!! Small but very quaint and everyone is super nice. I did not have to wait long. Best part is that Dr. Segeleon was humble enough to know that I should see a specialist and did not try to diagnose anything on me that he knew he was not qualified to do so. I appreciate that given some past history I have had at other places. Would highly recommend this Optometrist. Great staff as well!!

Professional customer service, state of the art equipment, convenient location, boutique ambiance! Dr Segeleon went above and beyond to help me find the perfect contact lenses. I wanted to change my contact brand and he was very patient and knowledgeable with helping me choose the best fit. You can tell he is very passionate about his practice and his staff is extremely friendly. Highly recommended!
